Thank you for everything the abayas came out exactly how I wanted them!

Eid al adha June the 6th of 2025, I ordered three abayas a total of $160, never get my shipping nor did they refund my money back, buyers be careful.

I purchased Abayas from Al-Arshe Malaki (Golf Islamic Store) a few weeks ago. I’m genuinely impressed with everything—from the timely arrival of my goods to Nigeria, the neat and stylish designs to the quality of the materials used. I got exactly what I ordered and they are all in perfect condition.

Their customer service is top-notch too. They respond to customers inquiry on time and are helpful and always professional.

They delivered what they promised. They were quick to respond and update. Alhamdulillah

I did place an order this Ramadan for clothes to sell for Eid (2025) and it arrived right on time, the materials were very good, outfits were exactly what I ordered. Very professional and quick to respond to any questions I had no matter when I send it. Will place another order soon for sure.

Amazing quality each abaya came with the scarf each order arrived safely and prices were reasonable. I will say the only thing ai was unsatisfied about was the delay in delivery. It is advertised that delivery will be 5-6 business days but its took a few weeks. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and interested in buying more bulk.

My Wife paid them $674 in April 2024. After paying, they claim to have made a mistake with the quote and requested more money. She asked for a refund and they continue to give excuses. 10 Months later and they just don’t reply any longer, claiming they need to speak to the manager

BEWARE SCAMMERS UPDATE!
SoI placed a bulk order with them in Feb 2024..It is December 2024 and still haven't received anything. I went to their address and the shop and whole building does NOT exist...they have fake pics of products..my order online still says pending..I've spoken to multiple people who just give you the run around and eventually stop answering your messages ...they get you to pay and keep giving you the run around until the period for you to get your money back expires.No on in Dubai knows this business and it's all FAKE!!! The good reviews are fake...they have many numbers,emails, and accounts. These people are a scam group. I filed a complaint with Dubai police and they are tracing the owner of the bank account...PLEASE BEWARE AND GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A REAL COMPANY NOT A SCAM GROUP!

i extremely recommend everyone to buy for them . they have a very nice a d good quality and so transparent on prices and there work is neat and clean very so i recommend to everyone to buy from them

The only way you will not get scammed by these is to pay through PayPal and when you see signs that they are sending the items and are lying open up a claim. The only thing that saved me from losing thousands of pounds was that I paid through PayPal and opened up a complain after two months of still waiting and being lied to. YES DO NO PURCHASE FROM THEM. ESPECIALLY FROM ABROAD THEY WILL SCAM YOU AFTER THE FIRST ORDER.

I’ve placed an order with them and was given a turnaround time of 15-18 days. It’s now been over 2 months and I’m still being told that my order will ship this week. Everyday is a different excuse. Once they have your money you will wait forever to receive your items.

I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experiences with GulfIslamicStore. This company has proven to be highly untrustworthy and unreliable, leaving me without the products I ordered on not just one, but two separate occasions. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service is simply appalling.

To begin with, GulfIslamicStore.com consistently fails to deliver items on time, despite promising otherwise. Excuse after excuse is given, leaving customers in a state of uncertainty and disappointment. Their inability to fulfill orders within a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of respect for their customers' time and trust.

Adding insult to injury, when they do manage to send items, they often get the order completely wrong. In my case, not only did I not receive the items I purchased, but I was sent something entirely different. This level of carelessness and negligence is inexcusable, as it shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and attention to detail.

What's even worse is that GulfIslamicStore fails to take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of owning up to their errors, they try to shift the blame onto the customers. It is absolutely absurd to suggest that we, as customers, are at fault for their incompetence and inability to fulfill orders correctly. This level of unprofessionalism is truly disheartening.

Additionally, the customer service provided by GulfIslamicStore.com is non-existent. Trying to get in touch with them is an exercise in futility. They are unresponsive to emails and calls, leaving customers feeling ignored and abandoned. It's clear that they have no regard for addressing customer concerns or resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Based on my experiences, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from GulfIslamicStore to think twice. Their track record of late deliveries, incorrect shipments, and lack of accountability is a clear indication of their unreliability and untrustworthiness. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a more reputable and customer-focused alternative.

I sincerely hope that GulfIslamicStore.com takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for their customers. However, until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy service.

The bad experience I never had they send me the wrong abaya because they don't have what I order really bad service 20 abayas just 9 what I order his guy on what up give me very bad service alhamdulillah now I'm with other companies it was on 2020 / 2021
