Misleading samples in the showroom
Do not rely on the products displayed in their showroom! We needed to change the floors only in the living room so the colour match was pretty important. We visited the showroom to find the closest match possible and found a product that matched almost perfectly. The delivered product had a different colour and finish than what they display in the showroom. When we complain all they could come up with was that it is normal to have colour difference in natural products. They could have displayed the product they actually deliver though. Long story short, the products in the showroom were misleading.
Answer to Gulvlageret’s response: You acknowledged that your sample in the showroom in Skovlunde looks different compared to what you have shipped in the e-mail thread. Guidance on returning or free shipment offer does not change the fact that your samples in the Skovlubde showroom are misleading. Returning or changing at that point was not solving my issue since we had to lay those floors soon after the delivery. If you were to be accurate with your samples in the showroom then I could choose to buy from somewhere else rather than Gulvlageret.

The floor you have ordered is a wooden floor of a "Rustical" sorting.
It is never possible to show a natural product with 100 % accuracy. Wood will always have a variation to color and the overall look of the floor especially in the rustic sortings.
You where then guided as how to return the floor and we did also offer to pay the freight on a new shipment or different floor. This offer was not something you wished.

Good sortiment for the cheapest prices! But some of the products might not be in stock despite the website showing the opposite.
I was also disappointed when the parket I ordered was of a different colour then on the picture.

Im sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your product.
It is correct that we do have products with longer delivery time due til the situation on the world markets. But we do forward all information on the expected deliverytime to the costumer so that you can plan ypur project.
We offer samples and have showrooms så that ypu may see the colours, but it can be dificult to make photos that are 100 % similar to the actual colour.

We bought a Stoleunderlag for 689 DKK and wanted to order a second one. In two days the price went up to 899 DKK. I asked to shop about getting the same price as I bought the first one but they did not want to help. I think this is bad business practice to raise the prices like this and it is unreasonable to ask that much for the product.

In general we see a lot of pricechanges. We try to keep the prices low for as long as possible, but at some point we do need to change it to compensate for increased costs.
This will always affect some costumers even those who have bought the same product a few days before.

Absolutely awful experience!!!! They claim to have a 3-5 day delivery time. By the time my carpet arrives i've waited 2 weeks for it. This delay has prevented me from moving into my appartment since the carpet needs to be done before i can get my stuff in there.
Been such a pain, never doing this again.
