Slow deliveries

Slow deliveries, been almost 2 weeks now and from Netherlands to Sweden should not take this long. And no reply to my email asking for an update so poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Update, I did hear back from their customer service and shipment arrived soon after and their responses were attentive and friendly. I hope this slow delivery was an isolated incident and understand this can sometimes be due to shipment companies and beyond the seller's control. Hence rating revised up to 4
