I’m not sure if the olive oil is supposed to lower blood sugar but since I started taking it almost 3 months ago I’ve consistently had morning blood sugar below 100 which is a miracle for me. The oil is the only thing I’ve changed/added. My numbers have never been this low in 5 years and they are still trending down. I’ve got a second subscription ordered now for my husband to see if it helps him as well

I am on my second bottle . I like the bitter taste and I have also noticed that when I get up from bed no aches and pains like before sometimes in the knee.
Muscles a bit tender sometimes but much better. Even my memory has improved too. I challenge my brain through memory exercise and I am recalling even much easier since I started the oil.

I’m not too fond of the taste. Too peppery but take two tablespoons each morning. Just started this week so I haven’t noticed any results as yet. I’ll keep on going. I also take the MCT Wellness each morning

I really like it , I couldn’t ask for anything better thank you it’s pricey but I understand if I didn’t want it I wouldn’t buy it your products are great !!!!!😁

The Gundry olive oil tastes terrible. I avoided taking it for months. I finally decided to try covering up the taste with another oil. I now put half a spoonful of olive oil in first and then pour in a half serving of either coco nut oil or cod liver oil. This helps me get it down. It doesn't completely cover the taste. Of course I have to repeat it to get a full serving. It is too soon to tell the effect.

The product did not work for me. I was put on a subscription to receive a three months supply every month. I called customer service to return it and they told me no problem….. just try it all and return the empty containers if you don’t like it. (6 of them.) When I tried to return the containers, they said that I had exceeded the return limit of 90 days. I called back and talked to a supervisor and she refunded my entire price. I finally got this resolved but very unhappy that one of the representatives had misled me.

It gave me a stomach ache and the runs. diarrea

If you're speaking about the polyphenol olive oil I find this product very good.

I have heard that Olive Oil is very good for the nutritional value. Never used it before. I've always trusted Dr. Gundy's products so I wanted to try the Olive Oil he recommended. I have been on it for about a week now. The first day of taking 1 tablespoon per day, I noticed was my kidney's & my digestive system was working better. Very anxious to see what other good benefits I have from taking the oil. I will continue to take 1 tablespoon per day for my health. I am a "Brittle Diabetic" and I'm having no problems taking the oil.

It is because it works for me. I cook with it and on occasion I take on teaspoon to help my digestion. I also like to give it as a gift.

As much as I want to believe your theory about food and the products you sell being helpful I haven't noticed any improvements to my health after using your products for over a year, and I have used everything.

It taste awful and I have not lost not one pound. Nothing good has come from me taking it. Shame on you. This is just a big hype. Shame Shame Shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! K Humble

I’m still waiting for delivery of olive oil and of other products

The olive oil seems to be giving me a little more energy. I will continue to use it and see if it helps even more over time. I viewed your piece on Total Resolve(?) and was wondering if it would help me with GERD which may or may not be a result of a small hiatal hernia. I am currently taking Bio Complete 3 and Gundry MD Olive Oil and wonder if adding Total Resolve would be too much. Please advise. Thank you.

This specific oil is my go to for my hair skin and drinking I have shared it with many friends who have purchased their own. It has a unique texture and taste I did tried another brand but this remains my only true brand.

Less bloat, no weight loss. Bouts diarrhea.

After taking two tablespoons daily of Dr. Gundry cold-pressed extra virgin Olive Oil – from Morocco - all spring of 2025, the following measured results were noted in the summer:
a) The annual physical blood labs came back with a cholesterol level less than 200 for the first time in over 20 years
b) At the annual retina check-up, the doctor said come to back in two years instead of one
c) At the annual optometrist check-up, he made no mention of the cataract that he had said in two previous annual visits that it was growing.
d) Also at the annual optometrist check-up, the prescription had barely changed from the previous year.
e) At the 2025 Life Line Screening, the results showed that the carotid artery blockage had decreased to mild – from its 2024 carotid artery blockage of moderate.
I attribute all of those results to the daily use of the Olive Oil.
My mother always had a cholesterol level barely over 200 – so that is hereditary – and neither one us ever took any statins.

I have liked it for awhile. What is the amount to drink daily for joints, energy etc.?

My Review of the Gundry Health program.

I ate really bad when I was young and when I hit adulthood my body already felt like an old person. Aches and pains galore. I tried everything, exercise, medicine, yoga, meditation, diets and nothing helped. I knew it was food related because the less healthy the food, the more pain I was in. Basically my leaky gut manifested as pain in my back muscles. People couldn't see my pain and doctors couldn't stop it or identify the cause. I was so impressed, I bought his books, bought his products, listened to all his interviews (I love those, especially when he destroys Doctor Mike on youtube). My health improved, my pain levels went down and my life improved a lot, but if I got off my diet even a little, I still had huge reactions. I saw in blood tests the progress I made and even fixed a Garlic allergen issue I had thanks to the Gundry Health program. I am doing so much better and my gut is noticeably less leaky.

During this 17 year gut journey I have done a tremendous amount of my own research on the gut/diets and everything I learned all points to exactly what Dr. Gundry teaches. He is not only my favorite doctor, not only the best doctor in the world, but this Heroic man will go down in history as one of the BEST Healers in HISTORY!

My favorite part about this, I actually don't trust doctors at all, unless they focus on diet and Dr. Gundry only focuses on that. If you look at Dr. Gundry's life, he gave up an amazing career as a surgeon to instead focus on diet and that decision to focus on preventative health shows his real heart. This guy LOVES healing people and he is the BEST at it IN THE WORLD. Period. In my opinion, 99.99% of people on Earth would benefit from signing up to Gundry Health. I have recommended it to everyone single person who is open to diet as a form of healing.

If you want the best health protocol, the best doctor, the best option for your health run by people who do not care about money and instead care about healing you, the Gundry Health program is for you. I can not say in words how grateful I am to be pain free, kratom free on this program and be off painkillers.

Simply put, every hospital/healing center in the world needs to copy Dr. Gundry if they are smart and actually care more about healing people than profit. Dr. Gundry is literally leading us into the Golden Age of Healing. God Bless this man. He has brought heaven down to Earth.
