Worth the wait!!! Best belt I've ever gotten! And great customer service! Very happy

I love when companies give you the opportunity to provide feedback. Both good and bad. Certainly when they are not sure which way you’re going to go. That’s a brand that’s confident or certainly one that wants feedback. I am pleased to say that the feedback in this is nothing but positive. Arrived when said it would. With good comms on the delivery and a gentle nudge to leave feedback. Fantastic service and great value product

I've purchased a couple of items from Gunsmith fitness in recent months. First item was a weight lifting belt and the second was a pair of Apex Wrist wraps. The belt is amazing quality and I know it will last me good few years. I had an issue with the wrist wraps however, after a couple of uses one of them developed an issue where the stitching which binds the velcro to the wrap began to come away.
I contacted Gunsmith Fitness directly via email with a few pictures showing the problem and I was surprised to have been contacted straight back within the hour. Their email included an apology, and a swift promise to replace the item without question and without having to return the faulty goods.
Replacement arrived within 3 working days.
As a customer this experience has bolstered my confidence in the business and, without hesitation will be looking to them again when I need more kit.

Received my Olympic belt really quickly and it’s a perfect fit, so I’d advocate using the size guide as I did. The leather quality is fabulous, the belt is really so comfy to wear and has really good support for me and my lower back issues. Heavier weights here I come, thanks to this belt for giving me the confidence to do so!

Amazing knee sleeves and amazing costumer support!I had to send mine back and swap them for a bigger size. It was super easy and I got my new size 3 days later!

Have not yet received item but the whole process was so smooth! It took about like 4 or 5 times with my indecisive self to finally settle on the perfect mock up and the team was so patient, thank you! The mock up looked great and so ready to proceed. Can’t wait to to actually get the product in!

I always use Gunsmith for my gym gear. Straps, wraps, knee sleeve etc. All good quality gear to use. Also get my oversized tees and hoodies excellent quality and unreal service!

I ordered knee and elbow sleeves, unfortunately there was an issue with the items delivered. I used the chat bubble on the website, and the issue was resolved with the correct items sent next-day delivery.

I have used both sets of sleeves now and really impressed with the quality. Definitely recommend them, and I look forward to ordering a new belt from them shortly.
