We had our whole house of windows and doors supplied and installed by the wonderful G.W.S team. From start to finish, from the office staff to the fitting team, they are polite, helpful and they generally care about you and also your property. After this was completed, which we were so happy with, we then decided to have an extension built by them which again to no surprise they went above and beyond for us and we are so very delighted with our property projects completed by GWS. I cannot fault them all, their services and workmanship. I would highly, with out a doubt recommend them to anyone. We have had friends and family complaint our new windows, doors and extension. Thank you and well done GWS you should be very proud! We are so glad we chose you because nothing was too much.

Sought a quote from GWS Windows for a new Conservatory. very personable chap called (co-owner of business) who took all the details and spent about a further hour talking all about his experience etc.
When quote arrived it was incorrect, a 3/4 wall on one side was missing (it just showed a dwarf wall all round), and the size looked wrong in the standard cad drawings supplied (too small in width).
i called into their shop (65 Beach Road Hayling Island), to discuss, and asked for corrections and an adjusted quote, and was told 'ah, its all much of a muchness'...
and that was that...they never did come back to me at all... So, I never gave them the work... Whilst they seemed fine to deal with, its the little things, like an accurate drawing, showing what you asked for, to the correct sizes, and getting a response to your emails as well... I can't say I would recommend anyone to this company based on my experience of dealing with them following getting their quote which i think was for an undersized conservatory, judging by the incorrect drawing, and their response to me...or lack of it following up on their quote.
