My name is Gregor Young and I am an experienced IT engineer, who started GY Computing in 2014. Computing has always been my passion, and there is nothing I love more than helping people combat their computer issues! I strongly believe that I offer one of the most affordable computer services you will come across, and I am always upfront about prices - what I quote is what you pay - no more! This comes with an exceptional level of customer service, with an exceptional aftercare service that I believe is nearly impossible to beat! I have a very customer centric attitude and always ensure that expectations are not just met, but exceeded, every time. When founding the business, my mission was fairly simple - to create an affordable computer repair service, that goes that extra mile for customers, is reliable, honest and reputable. I can usually offer a same day service, and aim to have all jobs turned around within 24 hours (this may not be possible if parts need to be ordered). I do not have premises, and therefore I will always attend your house/business, taking away the hassle of having to visit a computer shop! A majority of the repairs are able to be done onsite. In the event that this is not possible, I can take your computer away and return at no extra charge, no matter the location. Additionally, the business is open weekends, and an evening service is available to maximise flexibility - there is no extra charges for either of these options. I will give you a detailed breakdown of what the problem was and give you advice to put steps in place to avoid the same situation happening again. I promise not to use Jargon and will communicate in an easy to understand way! As I like to go the extra mile, I will also conduct a free clean up and maintenance check of your computer which will include removing junk files with my recommended software.
