Bill is not genuine
Bill is not genuine. Gyrsting VVS service man charged extra money. He came to my house to change the water knab at 1:25 and work finish at 2:15. between this time he was on the phone most of the time and sitting in the car and talking on phone. Also he drank coffee! This bill they send to us for 3 hours. He was very rude on telephone. Doesn’t want to talk.

Forklaring:
I har den 2. december 2024 taget kontakt til Gyrstinge VVS A/S for at få udskiftet en defekt stophane, der ikke kunne lukke. I den forbindelse var vores montør nødt til at kontakte det lokale vandværk, så de kunne lukke for vandet uden for huset, hvilket var nødvendigt for at udføre det bestilte arbejde. Som husejere har I i denne forbindelse fået udleveret en gratis vandmåler, som vi har monteret for jer på regning. Hvis I har den opfattelse, at Gyrstinge VVS A/S skal afholde udgifterne til denne udskiftning, er der desværre sket en kommunikationsfejl.
Ifølge vores GPS-log var vores medarbejder på jeres adresse i 96 minutter. Køretiden fra Gyrstinge VVS A/S, Bakkegårdsvej 63, til Brendetoften 1, Ringsted og retur er ifølge Krak cirka 27 minutter hver vej, hvilket giver en samlet transporttid på 54 minutter. Det betyder en samlet tidsregistrering på 150 minutter eller 2,5 timer.
I har på den fremsendte faktura fået faktureret 2,5 time, hvilket stemmer overens med det faktiske tidsforbrug.

Professional and fast service
It has been a pleasure to work with Gyrstinge vvs. We needed to change our super old oil fyr to new træ piller fyr for the house we had just bought. During the process we found out that the whole central heating system including radiators was damaged/unusable. Gyrstinge vvs guided us through the painful insurance process and changed the whole central heating system. They installed the new pipes, radiators, piller fyr, etc. in only a few days. Work was done professionally, fast and with great consideration to our needs and financial situation.
It is more and more difficult to find a company that actually does what they should do. We were very lucky to find one when we needed. Since the first meeting we had good communication, all the workers we met were extremely friendly, punctual, fast and hard working. In the end thanks to Gyrstinge vvs we have the whole new heating system with isolated pipes, new hot water tank, radiators, pipes and even new chimney and new roof over our fyr room.
Biggest thanks to Gyrstinge vvs for giving our home heat and more!
