Wood=good, Transport =bad
The wood is great and burns nicely, my issue is the delivery. The transport company arrived with no means of moving it apart from only just managing to get it off the back of the truck. Even getting it off the truck was pretty dangerous for the driver who was really struggling. He was unable to move the wood the 6 or 7 meters to where it was needed due to not having the right equipment to move that weight of 800kg. Suggestion: change to a transport company that will supply their employees with the tools to work safely and move the wood. This might seem an unfair review , but you do hire the transport company!

Great company!
Great company!!! Web is straightforward, all the expenses up front. They delivery right next day and the service is very efficient, helpful and THE NICEST!!!! I have been ordering with them several times, and I can't imagine ordering anywhere else!

Everything went well...Wood was…
Everything went well...Wood was delivered and is good quality for burning. My only proble was that the wood was much bigger than I thought it would be. Solution was to chop them up into smaller pieces...but it would have made me happier if the wood was not so big.

Large pallet of Oak
I bought a large pallet of oak and I'm very happy with the wood, the service and delivery time. This is the third supplier I have tried and I think it is better wood then my purchases at 123hout.nl and openhaardhout-gigant.nl. I would recommend haardhout.com above the other suppliers I have tried.
