Do not buy from this company !
I purchased a garden chest from Habitat et Jardin through Leroy Merlin marketplace. Within 5 days the product had deformed because of the poor quality of the product. Habitat et Jardin refused to refund me because the defect appeared after the 3 days deadline for reporting a defect. They told me this was in their commercial conditions but this is incorrect. But in any case any company with a sense of decency and respect would not hide behind a ridiculous 3 day limit. Leroy Merlin have washed their hands of this problem which shows how they treat their customers. This is a real disgrace .... shame on you !

3-6 months late delivery
We have ordered many large items (two swimming pools, a sauna and spa plus other items). Everything that has been delivered is months late, even though the items are shown in stock on the website. Today I had to cancel the order for the sauna as it is already three months late and they have just delayed delivery again for a further two months (stating no stock in their email), again they are still advertising as available in stock for delivery in 10 days. The quality is good when items finally arrive but it takes 3 months. Not acceptable. To have a customer's money for 3-6 months before delivery is very wrong.
