Very misleading.
Lovely products but descriptions are very misleading. I purchased a ‘faux succulent in pot’, the photograph of the product being a faux succulent in a lovely pot. Turns out, the ‘pot’ is the cheap plastic case that the succulent is glued into. The ‘pot’ in the photograph is merely a recommended product. Very misleading. My order is also arriving in separate shipments, despite my dispatch email suggesting it would all arrive together. Very disappointing.

My New Favourite Company!
I absolutely love this company! I have bought a few things from Habitual Home for my new living room (faux flowers, candle holders etc...) and they look wonderful. Really love the variety of products on the website. Delivery is incredibly speedy, the quality and packaging of the products is great and I will definitely be purchasing more!

One thing in my order didn't arrive so I did the live chat thingy and recieved a prompt reply stating they were awaiting more stock and have since received it and really happy!
