Excellent service and quality products. Would highly recommend. Makes your day at the races that bit more special wearing a bespoke silks jumper or jacket. The Christmas line is excellent fun also.

I have been asked twice for a review of…
I have been asked twice for a review of something I have yet to receive. However I did get an email last week saying that I would get it at the end of the week due to a technical issue. I got an email last Sunday to say it has been dispatched - still isn’t here. That’s fine, but I still haven’t received the polo shirt I ordered in the first week in June. I can’t offer a review of the product because it hadn’t arrived

Delivery took a long time other than that it was a good experience.
Also don’t like punchy replies from companies. I was asked for a review which I did from my experience. Wouldn’t use them again now.

Hi, thank you for your order. However, I disagree with the delivery. This was a custom order which can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (as mentioned on the top of our website) You placed your order on Friday 29th March a weekend which had a bank holiday Friday and Monday either side of it. We still managed to get your order to you by today, the 6th April
Received my mug and it`s perfect.
Received my Rating the Races mug a couple of days ago after entering a competition with Rating the Races and I love it. Thank you so much and is highly appreciated.

Publication has deteriorated in quality…
Publication has deteriorated in quality and content, the current version has been reduced to 30ish pages previous year had 60 so harder to use as a working book due to compression of content per page the graded program has also been removed making the publication less appealing in my opinion

This book has exactly the same information as last years book apart from the list of graded races at the back. The difference is less adverts, the font is a little smaller and less writing space. Unfortunatley the cost of printing books has gone up 50% over the last 2 seasons. I can not put my books up that much so I had to make small adjustments, or not make the book at all. I have very limited resources as I work by myself and do the best I can with a very small budget. Thank you for your 1-star review, I'm sure it's really justified
