The only thing that I would suggest to improve the overall customer experience would be a better system for tracking progress of the order - not a fan of downloading apps to track when item would be received

Great service, quality product
I ordered two bespoke items, one of which was a birthday present. Quality of the product is fantastic and the service Lloyd provided was brilliant. I'm a small business and thought that I would put a few adverts in to take up the blank spaces on some pages to try and gain some much needed sales during a difficult time. Thank you for your order and I'm sorry you missed out on the book being half price, but most racing books are full of adverts so please do not over exaggerate and spread flase information about it being a catalog.
