Shame about the packing
The 2 mugs are amazing. Exactly what I wanted, so 5 stars for that. I have deducted one star however as I bought them as presents, but you merely stuck the 2 boxes together with tape and added a label, so when I got them I had to peel all the tape off the presentation box which took all the top layer off the boxes meaning they look really cheap and nasty now. Such a shame you couldn’t have put them in a bag first
