Sadly No Haggis was delivered

No Haggis was delivered and despite several emails/messages, no contact returned apart from one response from their delivery company Hendrick- but with sadly no action. Poor - customer service. Extremely disappointing. Managed to secure a refund today (28 January) - so I thank them for that

No Haggis Delivered

Placed an order for gluten Free Haggis on 21/01/2026. Delivery scheduled for 23/01/2026. Called on the 22nd as my payment was pending. Left my number. No response. Got an email later confirming my delivery for 23rd 👍🏼 Late afternoon and no messages from DPD saying a time when my delivery would arrive. Called again. No response. Saturday 24th. No answer on calls. No delivery

Sent an email on 23rd stating no delivery. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and requested refund

Email from haggis quick apology blaming DPD and refund done. I sent two further emails (as they hadn’t answered my question)
asking if they would send a complement G/f Haggis for my customer.

No. We have refunded you !!!! That’s not great customer service.

I don’t think it was ever sent as DPD message you with a time
