I didnt read any reviews before I…

I didnt read any reviews before I purchased from this company, so im disappointed with myself to say the least.... I placed an order last week and paid an extra 12.99 for it to be delivered within 4 days a week later im still waiting for this, i have tried contacting them a number of times as i never got a confirmation email and as of yet still had no luck.
Disgusted with the service.
I dont even want the extensions now just want my money back!

Do not buy from this company

The hair extensions came in time after a great deal of emailing and some confusion over how many sets I wanted. When they were not suitable the company tried to give me a five pound refund, for a seventy pound product and told me that they would take a very long time to send me any further refund. They would not provide a return address and I had to raise a dispute with PayPal. I would strongly recommend that you do not buy from them.
