I’ve been ordering from Hairgivers for a while now, and I’m genuinely very happy with both their products and their customer service.
What I especially appreciate is how much time and attention they give to their customers. I’ve contacted them several times with questions about Minoxidil and which shampoo would be most suitable for my situation, and every time they took the time to give me a detailed and thoughtful answer. Their replies are always quick, professional and friendly.
I also had an issue with one of my Minoxidil sprays. I contacted them about it, and they immediately sent me a replacement without any unnecessary questions or hassle. That really impressed me and showed me that they genuinely stand behind their products and care about their customers.
The ordering process is easy, communication is excellent, and the overall experience has always been very positive.

I just want to share my experience with hairgivers customer service (hairgivers.de) which was nothing short of amazing.
I bought an expensive product off their site but unfortunately it turned out it didn't suit my body and I just couldn't use it at all.. the customer service granted me a refund and even took care of the shipping costs EVEN THOUGH THE RETURNING TIME HAD EXPIRED.
Danae was so friendly and helpful, I can only recommend buying from them and I will absolutely try other products myself. Thanks so much!

I didn’t receive what was advertised. The photo and the ingredient list state that 3 tablets contain 160 mg of saw palmetto extract, but my package has only 53 mg. Everything else matches, but I bought the product specifically for the 160 mg. I cannot recommend purchasing here, it feels unreliable. The product is going back. This was my first and last time buying something from them.

I had ordered minoxidil 5% solution 3 bottle(NL353628) and it was never delivered i had reached out to the the support they asked me to fill the form which i did. after that there is no response from them even after multiple follow up over the email no replay. even the telephone number listed on the website do not work. it is very frustrating that they do not deliver the product or refund the money

Avoid from its company it’s fake . No customer service never answered you and phone number not working I tell everyone stop shopping from them

Ordered 6 days ago, realized right away that the address is wrong, have been trying to reach out to company since - but no response! Not answering emails, not answering phone. The package is not sent yet also. Very bad customer experience!
