The Growband Pro has become an awesome routine in my day to day life. I do all from 15-40 minutes a day. It makes my head muscles relaxed and I can feel the blood surging - I love using it.

On top of this, I had a problem with my Growband Pro where the silicone adaptor fell off and I couldn't find it. As a result I could not use the Growband. I reached out to their customer support and they were quick to reply, and help me resolve the issue by sending replacement silicone adaptors that I'm waiting on. I normally don't write reviews but I'm genuinely happy with the product and the customer service. 5/5

They’re shipping time for the actual growband took a very long time.

They don’t respond to my comments on the hair equilibrium course.

Besides that their products work well I have no complaints. Alex is getting better at responding quickly with my emails and helped with growband tube issue.

Update: Hairguard have reached out and seem to be very open to feedback and criticism. They say the Hair Equilibrium product will be more articulately described in the future to prevent such frustrations arising. I just received the product and I intend to update this rating again once a meaningful amount of time has passed.

Original: Very disappointed with the checkout process. As soon as you commit to the 400usd growband you're hit with a 290 something dollar "system/instruction package" that is in their words what truly unlocks the growband. Once you reject the offer, you are then given the opportunity to purchase the same online product for 99 dollars. It explicitly says most people who buy the growband fail because they don't purchase this extra "system". Imagine committing 400 bucks to a product and then being told it probably wont work unless you give us another 300. It's been five minutes since I ordered mine, and I have a foul taste in my mouth from this experience after being so optimistic.

I had an excellent experience with Hairguard. Their customer service is outstanding, with fast and attentive responses. The product has noticeably strengthened my hair, and I love that it allows me to massage my scalp anytime, anywhere—hands-free. It’s extremely convenient and easy to use. I absolutely love it!

Even though the GrowBand was intentionally made for men, it made so much sense to me that I bought it as a woman who has a full head of hear. I love my hair and I want to keep it for a lifetime. This is why I was more than eager and happy to get my hair this treat. Using the GrowBand is very relaxing, My scalp and hair feel happy. Thank you Hairguard for creating this wonderful and useful massager.

I’ve been using the Growband for the last 3 months and there has been some significant growth on my crown.

From the very beginning of my purchase in July, The Hairguard customer service department has been best of class.

Recently they quickly responded and solved a device problem I was having, By sending me a new unit. Alex in their CS department was their point person.

I would highly recommend purchasing the Growband unit and following the Grow+Max+Roller regimen.

Only been using a month, but I can definitely feel like its increasing blood flow, will update in 6 months, but my primary reason for leaving a review this early on is to praise the customer service. I had an issue with my initial unit, after explaining what was wrong they sent me out a replacement immediately, zero hassles. Ive reached out a couple more times since with questions and they are extremely responsive and helpful.

Growband and maxoxidil is THE killer combo. My hair is noticably thicker and stronger now after 4 months. Support is also fast and helpful.

At 28 years old, I don't want to have a juvenile hairline (especially going into my 30s) but don't want my crown to be thinning either. I bought the Growband Pro back in March/April of 2025, and since I started using it, it has helped the scalp be more flexible and less stiff/rigid. It is most noticeable when i manually massage my head; it used to not move like it does now. More blood flow + less stress.

Not only that, but upon getting out of the shower, and looking in the mirror with wet hair, i dont see nearly as much as my scalp as I used to, prior to using the Growband Pro.
The key is consistency, I have been consistent with using the Growband no matter how busy I get or what life throws at me. Sometimes only 5 mins, sometimes 20 mins, but nevertheless, consistent, over the course of six months.

Other unexpected benefit that is non-hair related: since the front part of the growband goes over your forehead and hairline area, and its constantly stretching and moving it around, my forehead wrinkle that used to be horizontally across my forehead is diminished and way less noticeable.

Thanks to Hairguard my hair is finally heading in the right direction. I tried a lot of different treatments and nothing seemed to make very much of a difference. Now I use maxoxidil + growband + roller and we are finally making some progress and seeing regrowth, thanks guys.

Been using for over a year and my scalp feels energized and the increase in blood flow is real. The customer service was the best I’ve experienced from any company in my life. I’m shocked there are still companies that put the customer experience before profit and this may be the only company that still does that. Highly recommend!

I bought the Growband Pro September 2025 and noticed that the battery did not last as promised on the website. Contacted support and we tested the battery for a few days and then they decided to replace the product without any hassle.
Because of this experience I am happy to recommend this company.

Using the growband really improved my hair, no doubt about it. It looks a lot thicker now all over the top and the crown and less hair loss. Grateful to have this option when nothing else was working.

My crown was thinning out so badly (temples and hairline were doing ok though). Started using the Growband and was honestly quite surprised when I saw it was improving things. I noticed most of the hair on the top was coming out a slightly better “quality of hair”. But the crown itself had the biggest improvement where the balding area went from about 4cm across to about 2cm across (same length haircut). Impressed and planning to continue until the crown is completely filled.

My Hairband Pro has proven to be exactly what's been advertised. At my age I've not experienced hair growth but my hair is thicker and much healthier. This product truly works. Now, an experience with the company/customer service. My growbox quit working, I contacted hairguard, after a couple of emails I was sent a replacement. Clear cut, just excellent customer service. My experience with hairguard has been excellent and I would recommend this company, this product 100%

The Growband stopped the thinning on my crown after a few months. I also like the Hair guard serum which absorbs much better than most topicals.

Don’t buy and save yourself time and money!!

I ordered the hair guard but then immediately wanted to cancel due to the pricing. I sent two emails and they waited to reply until the shipment was sent. Now I get to pay return shipping and 20% restocking fee. I would second guess ordering from them if they are trying to be sneaky from the beginning. What they are trying to do is get you to buy it and make it almost not returnable. Low cost item being sold for way too much, with bad customer service!
Update: They did refund me the whole amount and did say they will implement faster communication so this doesn’t happen. I still had to pay return shipping so not that much of a loss. It was still a loss of time and money, so I hope they implement their new service.
