It’s a hit and miss for me. I feel like the experience isn’t great but it’s good for the price. They seem to burn my hair and the hair dryer and curlers very hot and smell burn after. The cut is okay not great but is okay

Awful experience I have ever had at a hairdresser.
The lady cutting my hair Jenna cut so much of my length off my hair which I didn’t want. Gone from long hair to shoulder length hair and it feels awful. I told her twice at the beginning of the length I wanted to take of around an inch. She didn’t not listen and didn’t care. Awful service awful salon. If you have Asian hair and it’s long save yourself the trouble and do not go here.
Had my hair done by Heena today. Such a lovely experience and person. She has done an amazing job with my hair- couldn’t have asked for anything more. Overall experience was second to none. Would highly recommend.
Received a terrible service from this salon. They damaged my hair and after two attempts left me with bright red hair that I had to dye brown myself to go into work.
They have some lovely but inexperienced stylists who don’t seem to be supervised.
Manager and owner are not visible and hide behind their receptionist when complaints are made.
