Fantastic service all around. The only hairdressers who communicate with you fully, no pushy sales and complete satisfaction.
If they feel your requests aren't realistic, they will sit you down and explain this to you and help you come up with an alternative option. They won't let you walk out of there unhappy.

I have been here a few times. They know exactly how to treat their clients:
1. Straight away I was greeted with a big smile and they knew who I was.
2. As soon as I sat down I was offered drinks and home-made cookies!!
3. They listen to exactly what you want and do exactly what you've asked for.
4. You get a head and shoulder message when you are getting your hair washed. Feet up too!
5. They are so gentle when brushing wet hair!
6. They managed to not give me third degree burns with the hair dryer.
7. They offered me an umbrella to take home when it was raining outside.
They really are lovely people. Their prices are similar to big named hairdressers but they do a much better job.
