Ordered hair as I have done many times previously however this hair hasn't lasted at all very disappointing however I have ordered some more today to see if it was just a one off which hopefully it is.

Hair extensions do not absorb nutrients from your scalp, so we always recommend a specialist aftercare program to maintain the quality and longevity of the hair. This also helps preserve any bonding polymer used to secure the extensions.

Awful. They are shocking quality and have absolutely no returns policy they stick to. Terrible and I would never order from them or deal with them as a company again. Run!

the hair isn’t good it’s went all fuzzy at the ends and feels like fake hair doesn’t look nice and i have hair hair extensions before for a year and not in that full year have they felt like this after 2 weeks

However, the hair dispatched is always the minimum of the advertised weight or greater.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 14 days under our terms of sale to return it for a refund/exchange.
If you would like a refund/exchange on any HairPlanet purchase, please return your item to the address below with a copy of your invoice or a covering letter including your name, address, and order reference number, clearly stating whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Exchanges/refunds are processed within seven days of receipt of your return.
Refunds are reversed back to the original method of payment used minus postage and packing costs.
Items must be in their original retail packaging and unused and still intact of their hygiene ties as detailed in our terms and conditions.
We advised a trackable method of return to ensure safe receipt.
