Zero response, complete joke, avoid at all costs!

I received an order email which I didn't place. I contacted them immediately by email and by phone without any response to try and understand what is going on. But sure enough literally 10 minutes after the 'order placed' email came through, the 'order dispatched' email was sent through. Now obviously I won't be getting any money back without jumping through a million hoops for sure. Complete con, I haven't even ordered, I don't want to order, and I never would. Disgusting, but you just enjoy my money yeah. Nice one.
