Bought 2 hexguard frying pans when on promotion at Lidl. Still a tad pricey, but thankfully I didn't pay full price - these are the most un-nonstick pans I've ever bought (F57).

Seasoned as instructed, didn't originally use a dishwasher but have given up with them - so that's where they'll be 'washed' (use that term losely) until I get replacements.

Do not buy the hair bikers pan! Absolutely shocking. Everything stuck to the bottom, even when on a low heat. Nothing cooked properly and I spent £40 on their pan. I will never buy a product with their name on it again!

I love all the kitchenware I have bought so far. Superb quality! I really like the baking tins, they are brilliant, non stick and super fast to clean. I am a true convert!
Best of all they fit perfectly in my tiny oven.
The hex casserole pot and frying pan are also exceptional quality and really well made. A clever design that reduces the amount of heat I need to use.
I would like to see a steamer in this material also, that would be great. I look forward to buying more pans in the future! Also they were very quick to resolve my issue and were very generous, I can never have too many baking tins. Thank you

I bought a the hairy bikers turkey roasting tray which I didn’t use immediately.
Now - after a few months I decided to use it.
Although the appearance of it is sturdy and nicely made - it is just the appearance.
The coating started to bubble and went off revealing the metal base material which now is rusting!
I contacted the producer and they didn’t want to hear about it unless I had the receipt.
Who is saving the receipt for a tray? Really?

I bought 2 hexguard frying pans which appear fine but have only been used for 2 weeks. However a saucepan I ordered at the same time arrived misshapen so the lid didn’t fit. Unsure if this was done in transit but all my efforts to resolve the issue with customer services are proving fruitless. I have been emailing for a week now but have not had a satisfactory response. The telephone number rings twice then says there are no operators available so email is the only option for contact!!! I am frustrated beyond belief and this has certainly put me off buying any more products from this company

Cast iron pan as advertised appears to have coating that is coming off.

Used roasting tin 4 times and paint flaking off and rust spots appearing not good. In the bin.

Purchased a roasting tin from Lidl as seemed a good price and was to replace a waitrose one which was over 10 years old. The coating has started to come away and rust spots showing after just a few uses. This is very poor quality from what should be a respected brand and name. Seems like another celebrity endorsing cheap products.

Purchased the Hex Wok.
Never saw it.
A real mystery that neither the arms length courier service and totally distant supplier failed to explain.
Eventually got my money back.

Purchased a 16cm tri-ply saucepan yesterday to cook my porridge for breakfast. It stuck to the pan like glue. Got in touch with the company and I'm taking it back to the shop for a refund.

Bought a roasting tin from Amazon 15 months ago.

Used normally and care instructions followed.

Tin now gone rusty. Amazon told me to email HB directly which I did with the purchase date.

I then got asked a series of questions which could have all been part of the initial email. I was also going to be dealt with personally by someone apparently. Don’t hear from her again.

After emails asking for photos, how it had been cared for, the model number, the receipt I just got back a blanket - 12 months has passed, tough email.

Will never buy again or recommend any product from this bunch of amateurs.

I’ve been looking for the perfect roasting tin for years and I think I’ve found it with the Hairy Bikers. With the embossed base nothing sticks to it and everything I have roasted in the last couple of months has cooked perfectly and the tin h”cleans up a treat with minimal effort and looks like new. So happy with it I bought anther size and I’m now waiting for delivery of some baking trays.

You have to buy the sausage roll making machine. It is fantastic it does sausage rolls and sweet deserts, so simple to use and excellent results.
