I have had the benefit of using Haj & Umra Travel Ltd numerous times over the years for my umrah and family umrah travel requirements. It is a sign of the excellent service that has been provided that I continue to use Haj & Umra Travel Ltd as my preferred travel provider. I have found Amin Sheikh very helpful in ensuring that the most suitable tailored package is taken out to meet one's requirements and the quality of the accommodation has always been excellent within reasonable proximity of the sacred mosques in Makkah and Madinah.

With Amin you get a clean, straightforward, no-nonsense service & get what you asked for. We have been with Haj & Umra 4 times now with no significant problems & the price has been competitive every time.

I would suggest that one does a bit of research beforehand to get an idea of exactly what they want (hotels, locations, travel etc.) & Amin will do the rest.

SubhanAllah Brother Amin Shaikh helped us to arrange the perfect Umrah package from start to finish. He was there reassuring and ensuring everything was fine and Ma’shaAllah we couldn’t be happier with the caring service we received. The hotels were brilliant and In Madina we had a beautiful view of the Green Dome of the Prophet’s (saw) Mosque... which we weren’t even expecting SubhanAllah (Pullman hotel). And the Hyatt Regency in Makkah was right infront of the Haram SubhanAllah. Overall a brilliant experience Ma’shaAllah.

I was introduced to Haj and Umra travel by my brother who completed his Hajj with the group in 2018 and was full of praise. Last year (2018) I went for Arbaeen with Haj and Umra travel that was led by Maulana Jafar Ali Najm. The entire ziyarat trip was amazing with Maulana giving talks at all the important ziyarats. The highlight was a surprise meeting with Grand Ayatullah Sayyid Ali Husaini Sistani where Maulana Najm acted as the interpreter. This year again, I was fortunate to use the services of Haj and Umra travel in going for Arbaeen which was perfect in every sense and was blessed to have been able to undertake the heavenly walk from Najaf to Karbala.

Maulana Najm once again exceeded expectations and was always readily available to assist or answer any queries. The fact that Maulana Najm is fluent in English, Urdu, Farsi, Punjabi, and Arabic allows each member of the group to be at ease. I am inshAllah planning an Umrah trip with the tour and then next year again for Arbaeen.

Booked Umrah through this provider. Absolutely excellent service! Hassle and stress free, all visa documentation and bookings sorted. The facilities arranged were fantastic, with the best hotel and transport. The guide arranged for Madina and Makkah was knowledgeable and had great communication. Overall a fantastic experience.

A super pleasant experience from our initial enquiry with Mr. Amin over the phone and right through to the end after returning from Jeddah.

The pre-hajj seminar in London got was excellent and got us in the right frame of mind. Dr. Ali and the Sheikh delivered an excellent presentation on the Hajj rituals and our programme.
It was a pleasant surprise when I approached Ahmed, for the very first time in London, he knew me and my family members - before I could make introductions!

Communication was great throughout, whether it by phone, mobile messaging or in person.

Sheikh Abbasi - what can I say. He welcomed us at Medina Airport with fresh dates and tea, in the very early hours of morning. He was very engaging throughout and gave us inspirational talks, again, well organised by the team. Like the rest of the team, he was very approachable.

The Hajj days themselves were faultless. It's difficult to imagine a better experience. The team worked tirelessly, with great agility to ascertain the whole group were able to focus on the rituals. The team worked very hard to make sure we went at a comfortable pace and were guided well all along.

A very easy 5-star rating from us and we would definitely book with Haj and Umra again insh.

As it was my first time to visit the Harramien & perform the faridah , seeing by myself the need & the challenge to provide the excellent services by the organisers in order to creat that important space & time to pray & enjoy performing the faridah ..

Being so focused on the liturgy and rituals of the Hajj, I’d barely given thought to the logistics or potential obstacles that awaited my Pilgrimage.
Fortunately, Haj and Umrah Tours relieved me of any such concerns. Transport was so well organised so as to avoid the traffic, with stops along the way for prayers and refreshments along the journey. All of our outings (Quba, Uhud, Masjid-e-Nabawi etc) were brilliantly led by Sheikh Abbasi and Dr Ali who provided historical reference and liturgical direction.
The group was well supervised and taken care of during Mina and Arafat, where the Sheikhs led us in a beautiful prayer commemorating the rainfall. It was a moving experience that will stay with me for the rest of my days.
At Muzdalifah we were provided with free antibiotics by a volunteer Doctor, further illustrating the lengths Haj and Umrah Tours took to ensure our comfort and well-being. On the way to and back from the Jamarat we were well supervised by Dr Ali and Ahmed.
Finally, the hotels were ideally situated in both Mecca and Medina to allow us access inside the Haram. The spread of food and drink options was excellent.
I would highly recommend Haj and Umrah Tours, their service was first rate throughout.

I am most grateful and in awe of Haj and Umra Travel. They went out of their way to ensure a memorable pilgrimage. This was.my first haj and I truly did not know what to expect. Haj & Umrah carried all guests along, providing expert advice through the sheiks in London with the pre-haj lecture and then again at Medina and Mecca with Sheik Abassi.

They provided up-to-date advice and information for each stage of the rituals. The volunteer Doctor on hand was absolutely amazing.

This was also my brother's first haj and was always going to be difficult but we were supported at all times and they helped make it easy for him.

This was my wife and I first Hajj and the organisation and overall experience provided by Haj and Umra tour group was exceptional.
We were looked after and given the best advice about when to leave to perform various rituals of Hajj at the best times to avoid high congestion.

Having a relatively small group size meant that everybody got to know everyone over the course of the two weeks. In addition we got to know Dr Ali and Ahmed and were able to approach them freely.

Finally we had a knowledgable sheikhs with us along with both from the UK and Saudi. They were able to guide us through our Hajj journey and readily available to answer questions. The talks that were arranged were excellent and really useful.

Given our short stay in madinah we still had enough time to visit some important sites. Our only regret is wishing the same had been arranged in Makkah following the days of Hajj. But given the nature of a two week trip it was understandably difficult to organise.

I am more than happy to recommend this group to anyone considering performing Hajj next year inshAllah!

Alhamdulillah - outstanding service throughout the whole trip. Dr Ali & Ahmed always kept us informed of all ongoings through whatsapp whilst we were out there. Everything was done in a timely manner and both Ali & Ahmed both constantly made sure that everyone was together and that there were no problems. They constantly did as much as possible to make the journey as easy as possible for us - they even upgraded our food package in our Medina hotel!

The hotels we got through this package were also amazing and could not have been closer to the Haram in Makkah & to the Masjid Al-Nabawi in Medina.

Sheikh Abbasi was also an amazing speaker - he was full of knowledge and also never hesitated to help anyone or answer any questions.

Overall, an excellent tour group and I would 100% recommend to everybody!

AlHamduLillah. Absolutely wonderful as expected. This was my Second Haj , AlHamdolillah. But First with Haj & Umra travels. I have , however, experienced Umra with Haj & Umra and that’s why I chose to go with them again. The pleasant experience starts with brother Amin at enquiries stage before booking. The Haj experience was absolutely spot on, as described by Dr Ali at the lecture before travelling. I don’t think I can find a fault even if I tried hard. The hard work and running around by Dr Ali and particularly Brother Ahmad was so obvious and there to see.All for our comfort. I honestly got worried and concerned about brother Ahmad’s health. He was next to me in the tent at Mina!! Dr Ali actually succumbed to the exhausting drill. I saw him being treated by the Group Doctor. And he was up and again the next day.
We actually got more than what was promised
We had a group doctor unlike other groups.
We had a very learned Sheikh (Sheikh Abbasi) for guidance and advice, who also doubled up as a fantastic, well informed tourist guide.
The able and the not so able were all catered for and looked after very well. I happened to be in the latter group and I cannot thank them enough. Immense Gratitude. There was comfort and there was luxury. I would recommend Hajj And Umra Travels to anyone without any hesitation

Great experience!
Very glad to have had the chance to go Hajj this year 2019. We made the right choice by choosing Haj and Umra travels. They were very informative and everything ran smoothly. Communication was good as we got updates via WhatsApp. It was nice to go with a team who are experienced as they knew to sort out things like transport and choosing the best time to go to places to avoid crowds. They offered many options of doing thing during hajj to accommodate for people that may be less able. The hotels booked were great too as they were very close to the mosques. The hotel forgot to send one of our luggage to coach but luckily the hajj team(Dr Ali & br Ahmed) were able to locate it and bring it back to London for us - very thankful! Lastly, special thanks to the lovely volunteer doctor on the team who was able to treat us when we got ill, very reassuring to know there’s easy access to a GP and medication.

The talks by Sheikh Abbas were simply fantastic and informative and learned so much in terms of capturing the audience.
Overall, value for money.

Everything went smoothly until we encountered an emergency situation which required us to reschedule the flight back to London. They were not prepared for this situation because their offices were closed during the Hajj, and we were not able to reschedule flights because of initial bookings through groups. I hope that in the future this travel can be more observant in facing emergency situations, thank you!

You as a travel agent..We depend our traveling on you, from the time we leaved until go back to London, one of your job is to make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip. Ok if you gave some helps about administration etc, we thanks for that (altough I think it is part of your job as well), but did you help us until we get our ticket back home? We will do not mind if there are additional costs for all have you done including to reschedule the return ticket to London, as long as we go back home confortably. But when we just got certainty from the Jeddah Visa office which requires us to wait a few more days, we also forward this information immediately to this travel agent and with hopes they reschedule our flight ( It was still more than 24 hours before flight schedule at that time).
Then we were surprised by what happened next day (16 august -flight time):
1. They seperate us from group on the way Jeddah airport from hotel, and we must go to their office at Jeddah to get my passport by taxi (by our own cost), I mean I confused why they not just let us went by group to the airport and give my passport there.
2. They were not reschedule our tickets, they asked us to call the airline by ourself and then the airline confirmed that because our tickets initiate by group and it should follow up by the travel agent, we can not call their office in London, we also email their office and their email is automatict reply that they are closed until 17 August (our flight schedule is 16 august). We were really desperate, they leave us at Jeddah without any certainty. You talked about your succesfull bring pilgrim for hajj that I think every travel agent can do that, but are you ready for some emergency situation like we get? You leave us as your client without any certainty, can you tell your self as a trust travel agent? You asked me for more stars, you only concern about review right? Did you asked about our condition after you leave us? Think again! Wassalam

Haj and umra travel provided a service that exceeded expectations. I can not praise the group leaders enough. Dr Ali and Ahmed always went above and beyond to ensure all group members had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They kept us well informed about all practical issues. Sheikh Abaasi’s talks were very informative and inspirational. My family and I highly highly recommend this company, they are absolutely fantastic.
