Terrible service
Terrible service, terrible deal! And a big con job. When I changed from another service, I was informed that I could change back any time. Instead, after I picked up my SIM card (for which I had to drive to a shopping mall after they promised they would send it), I discovered that I was locked in for two years and that I would have to buy my way out of the contract. DO NOT - I REPEAT – DO NOT SIGN ON WITH HALEBOP!

With Halebop,doing the same things, I use 2 gb everyday..
Why?
Because they want me to buy more surf or upgrade the contract.

Hello, our prepaid works outside Sweden.
But to use them abroad you need to register the prepaid first before you leave Sweden, and you also need money or surf on your card.

Staff couldn't care less
I wanted to register my SIM card as a foreigner. I had to go 3 times to the branch because of how little they care about their customers, and still after the registration, I had problems with toping up money and the personal number they provided doesn't work to open an account on the app. I filed a complained to via Telia's call center, they said that the store manager will call me, they never called me!

We on the support cant register you on a prepaidcard if you dont have a Swedish socialsecuritynumber.
But im really sorry to hear that you did have those problems to register the card.
But the issue you have about your topups should we help ypu to troubleshoot.

Support doesn't exist in reality here.
I have been a customer for about 10 years and I should say it is the worst mobile telephone company I have ever contacted approaching the support department.
