As a gent it can be daunting to purchase dresses, skirts etc and have conversations with venders but Haley is so kind and helpful willing to go the extra mile. My replacement dress came from @haleysvintagewear today. I bought one previously in the preloved section, and sadly whoever had it murdered it with a tumble dryer.. So Haley kindly replaced it for me. I've never come across such good customer service and such a lovely lady. If you haven't already, please go check out her website. Haley went above and beyond when I explained I wanted to order a dress for my Son’s wedding but was unsure of the size I would need. She took off the two sizes I thought I was between, off sale and kept them to one side for me. When I tried to order it said they were out of stock I emailed to tell her thanks for her help but I’d missed them. I nearly cried when she told me what she had done.
The dress was amazing and the service was amazing too especially when the first size was too big, the turn around was so quick and my dress was perfect.
