Terrible service tried to contact through email is not valided ,calling no answer!! On the website does not work!! Been nearly two weeks ive placed my order and nothing, says payment accepted and thats it, taken my money but nothing been shipped nobody has informed me at all!!!

Also trade as Sterling Pharmacy. They advertise products on their website that they do not stock. They take your money. You’re left waiting for a delivery that never happens. No contact from the company. One day you check your bank account and the funds are re credited. Zero communication. Time wasters. Huge inconvenience. Bad service from the start ... when you don’t have the product to begin with.

I ordered from them for the first time, a few days ago. All went through, but today I received an e mail to say they are refunding me, No explanation for it whatsoever. I will not order from them again.

I've ordered a few times over the years from this company but stopped a while back as their website was absolutely hopeless. I came back to it wondering if things had improved, but it's still an appalling website. The search function is hopeless. When you click on an item to get more details, you get taken to a red page saying 'error-you don't have access' so the only way you can add items to your cart is by going through the 'quick view' tab, which means you can't see the details of what you're buying. But that doesn't matter, because you can't actually check out anyway-my shopping cart screen had a rotating wheel image for loading but never actually loaded so I couldn't complete the purchase. I tried last night, and again twice today but its still refusing to load and I've given up.

Ordered and a week later got a cancellation e-mail and refund was in process, that was 3 weeks ago and still no refund. I've had to open a paypal case as they don't answer e-mails or answer the phone. They clearly have issues with their refund process - never again will I purchase from them.

Have used the pharmacy dept of the company several times during the pandemic to purchase generic medicines not available elsewhere. Extremely efficient service and prompt delivery despite difficult times. Always competitive prices. Not profiteering as some companies are when shortages arise. Had the odd slight problem which has been immediately rectified by very efficient and pleasant customer services.

I have been shopping with half price perfume for few years now and I would highly recommend them. With my last order there was a huge delay because of mixup by courier but the customer service team kept me up to date regularly. They finally got my order delivered. 5 star service!!!

Half Price Perfumes will continue to get my business for one simple reason - They listen. Their customer service is always responsive. Which is why I have been customer for the last 5 years.

They got my order wrong but it was all sorted very efficiently. I was given a refund straight away and the customer services were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic prices and will definitely shop with them again.

Purchase made, but no goods arrived. Requested an update and was promised a refund 'tomorrow'. It never happened ... and the goods are still nowhere to be seen.

Steer clear of this supposed company and spend your money elsewhere.

Made an order back in January and still no updates on its whereabouts. Have nothing about say about customer service as it's simply nonexistent.

I ordered perfume from this site and then, rather stupidly, read the reviews. They were so negative and I was rather cross with myself; I thought I had thrown my money away. However the perfume I ordered arrived in 2 days and was well packaged. When I opened the perfume my daughter was cross with me, what’s new, saying I had ordered the wrong perfume! I emailed L’Amora and had a response within 4 hours. So to cut a long story short I packaged the perfume back up, sent it back and a full refund was made to me immediately on receipt at their end.

The communication was amazing and service fantastic! I would have no hesitation in recommending this site.

Spent ages on the website trying to order in stock products, the order page just goes into a loop. Can even contact them via 'contact' key as it goes into another loop! Absolute rubbish and waste of time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Debited my account, sent me an email to say my order was 'In preparation' - that was 6 months ago!
Impossible to contact them, no reply to emails or phone calls, absolutely appalling customer service.
Definitely a scam, avoid!!!

My girlfriend placed an order which was paid for and not delivered. She has sent three emails to chase this and made five or six phone calls without success. Absolutely shocking customer service. Seems like a scam, never buying from this company again and will be referring to trading standards. Still chasing a resolution.

I absolutely love this company. They are so nice and helpful, Ship promptly and if I do encounter problems, they resolve them with speed and friendliness.

I've been ordering from Halfpriceperfumes for some years now and despite the fact that I live in the southwest of Ireland every order has arrived three or four days after it has been shipped. And everything has always been as described. I can't praise this store high enough.
