I bought a wig for a dance costume and it only came in the one standard size. It is so small that it cannot fit on a small adult’s head- despite it being advertised as an adult wig.
The worst part of this experience and this TERRIBLE company is that their return policy does not exist. They claim they will refund your money but if you don’t read all the fine print, you’re hooped. The company demands the customer to pay for postage using a tracking service and if the costume company does not deem your purchase/ return met their criteria, “they will not let you know, they will not send your item back, they will not refund your money”…. TOTAL SCAM.

So I am now stuck with the wig because obviously I won’t go though that rigmarole gong show process. I’m out $35 and back to square one having to find another wig. I will never use Halloween Costumes again and I strongly advise nobody does!! TERRIBLE company.

Be careful with this Halloween costumes, kind of scams. I bought a costume from them. The item is garbage! And when I asked for return. They said it not refundable...

Halloween Costumes as a company are in terms of service. Quick delivery! The package however was very badly damaged. Luckily the costume and wand were not damaged.
MY BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT THOUGH was that the costume which was expensive (size medium Luna Goodlove Ravenclaw cloak) was very, I mean very cheaply made. The 100% polyester velour fabric is soooo thin. I should have researched more...buyer beware
Also size up...the arms were pretty tight. I wish I could send it back but the cost of shipping outweighs the amount I would receive in refund even with the offer of no restocking fee which is 18% of the item cost?
So all in all the company is reliable but couldn't do much for me in terms of a full refund including shipping and restocking.

I’ve ordered from halloweencostumes.ca numerous times and each experience has been great! I had a problem with my last order and they shipped me a new one right away, the process was simple and customer service was fast and helpful. I’m going to continue ordering my Halloween items each year from them 🎃
