Do not trust this site. They dont privide the entire costume on display, dont trust paypal either with this site. They wont refund you. Neither hallowwitch or paypal. Paypal closed my case because i didnt provide a tracking number or something which i wasnt aware i had to provide. These people ae all scams

Excellent company
Excellent company! Ordered a Halloween costume and my daughter changed her mind, of course. Emailed asking to cancel the order OR information on how to return if it had already been shipped. Within 2 hrs I had a cancellation email and credit back to my PayPal account. Will definitely order from them again!

I have had a strange experience with…
I have had a strange experience with the costume I ordered. I have to say this company is on top of it. Bumpy road for a first time customer, but with the service I get from them I have to say I will use them again.
They truly have gone above and beyond with the whole situation. The quality over all of the costume was good and it fit my son, there was just an issue with one of the parts. I had already explained it directly to the company first at our trouble shooting.

I received a wrong product, but customer support doesn't respond
I ordered a onesie and waited for a long time, though, fortunately, the seller has been in touch with me, they explained that this situation was due to the coronavirus. When the onesie came, it turned out to be smaller than I ordered. There was no size tag on the onesie though. I contacted customer support and they offered a partial refund of the price, I asked if it was possible to exchange the onesie for another with the correct size. They told me that it could take about a month, but I agreed. A month later, I wrote to them about it again and this time they offered a refund. I asked whether I would have to send a small kigurumi back, but since then they haven't answered me and they ignored my last three letters. I ordered the onesie on February 7, today is June 12, and the issue has not been resolved yet, they just ignore me.
