Horrible experience!

I must express my extreme disappointment after a few months of working with Kristina Hall. I was starting a brand and had another one freshly opened, needing help with running social media channels. Kristina seemed to understand the concept and claimed she knew how to manage fresh accounts.

We had regular communication over Slack. Initially, she had many ideas and appeared excited about the projects. However, after a few weeks with no results, I assumed it required more time. But as more time passed, more excuses arose, including glitches and testing periods. Whenever I asked about result predictions, I was ignored.

Communication deteriorated over time. My suggestions for content improvement were completely disregarded. Hashtags and captions were off, and engagement on posts was nonexistent.

Despite a missed content deadline, I ended up reviewing content over the last weekend of the year, despite having other plans, and received little respect. The content produced was of poor quality, to the point of embarrassment. Though it was remade last minute, it still yielded no results.

The social media growth was catastrophic. I achieved better results managing one of the brands myself. Frankly, investing in a social media management course and doing it oneself seems preferable.

I had believed Kristina had experience and knew what she was doing, but the lack of results speaks for itself. Save your money and time. I decided to outsource help once, and I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Now, the highlight: After everything, I was removed from the Slack channel without a word. Wonderful treatment. Consider if you want to be treated like this as a client after investing money for nothing.
