We found the details for Halls Vending via their website which supplied much of the information we required so we contacted them and arranged a meeting for a machine quotation.
We were visited by Paul who owns the business which he described as a small friendly business that provides what the customer requires not what makes the most commission.
Paul says he’s not a salesman and this was true, he gave honest down to earth advice which included any negative points as well as the good. He explained that being a small business should be seen as a good thing, if we have any queries we just call the freephone number and get straight though to Paul, we won’t get passed around from person to person but never getting to speak to the right department.
We agreed a vending system for our business, Paul made all arrangements for delivery and installation and kept in contact with us throughout the process.
I’m glad to say everything went to plan and the machines have been serving our workforce for a little over 8 weeks and so far we’ve had no problems.
I’m happy to recommend Halls Vending and would like to thank him for his honest advice and polite friendly service. We are looking forward to a long working relationship.
