Don’t pay for expedited shipping
Good product, but your shipping needs help. Took more than three days to get my product when I paid for next day. I won’t waste my money doing that again. If you’re behind because of COVID and can’t get product shipped for two days, don’t offer next day shipping. That’s why we pay so much for the shipping, to get it next day.

Much better, I still feel I should get a refund for my last order that took 6 days, even though I paid for 2 day service and then was lied to about the delay using Covid as the excuse, while FEDEX stated it was mis-sent and that was the cause for the delay not Covid!!!!

It looks like Fedex is charging custom clearance fee for even small orders. In my case $22.84 CAD for my $59 USD order which is a lot. I suggest your website to provide options for customers to choose the carrier, as well as notes for shipping instruction. e.g. Please declare $60 value for custom clearance.

I like the fact that the product is made here in the USA. It was easy to order and quick to arrive. It's by far, better tasting than anything else I've gotten since I started vaping (5 years). Also was a little cheaper than where I usually buy from. So, all around a really good deal.
