I had the pleasure of working with Liza Mendoza from Halo Travel earlier this year while initially planning a trip to Vietnam for March. Unfortunately, due to the Middle East conflict, we were unable to proceed with those plans. Throughout this time, Liza remained proactive, regularly checking in and offering support with alternative travel arrangements. This month, we were finally able to organize our homecoming trip and I can confidently say that Liza's patience, professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out.
Her level of care and attentiveness is not always seen in the travel industry and I would wholeheartedly commend her. Liza is a valuable asset to Halo Travel.

Liza, is so patient to find flights for me as i needed to fly back home emergency. This is not my firstime to book flights through her. many times now,thats why i an comfortable and trust Halo flights.

I had planned my trip to South Korea and Japan with Kyra (Smith) since August last year and when the time came to enjoy it in mid March and suddenly had the problems with the Middle East, I thought this was a gonner. However, collaborated with Kyra very well who helped me find different options for travel just before so I won't lose my vacation. I got to travel and enjoy all the locations we have planned for and all the accommodations selected were top notch with good location close to main attractions. I had my bullet trains scheduled in advance by her at reasonable times before and arriving to my next location so I didn't ended up at weird hours having to fend for myself in a foreign country. I appreciated this very much but also the fact that she kept in touch through my journey to make sure I am okay and was managing the itinerary and all my stops/transport well. Thank you Kyra, I had a well planned journey which I enjoyed so much that I am already thinking when can I go back to Tokyo as there's still much more to explore. We'll keep in touch about that :)), thanks again.

Shawn had planned our Japan trip as per our budget and was very patient with the change of plans in Japan. We had a really good experience and thankful for planning our trip to Japan.

Having booked through Halo Holidays in 2025 to go to South Korea, we booked again for April 2026. Everything went smoothly and had 2 thoroughly enjoyable holidays thanks to Damian who sorted it all. We have decided that we will go again for the 3rd time in 2027 and Damian has come through again, even though prices are fluctuating due to the ongoing fuel problems, he got us a brilliant deal again.

It was a first time i used halo flight is a bot challenging because when i did reservations and gave my 200£ deposit and the rest was monthly payments when i decided to payment the rest of my balance didn’t tell that i need to pay more because of the fuel situation, so i decided to cancel my flight, but I don’t like to upset my daughter so i just pay another 250£ just to get my e-ticket and thanks Mrs Liza for you help

Shawn was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our family hol to Japan! Changed things around as needed amd made sure we had everything in place. Would defo recommend

We recently booked our Japan and Philippines trip through Halo Flights and overall had a really good experience. The hotels and excursions were well chosen, and we had an amazing time throughout the trip. The itinerary itself worked well and communication during the planning stage was very helpful.

A special thank you to Peter, who was responsive, supportive, and helped put together a memorable holiday for us.

There were just a few issues with the return journey that we feel could have been communicated more clearly. Although the 23kg luggage allowance was explained to us in advance, for a multi-country trip it did feel a bit restrictive and we didn’t feel there were many alternative options available.

On our return journey, the itinerary stated we would be flying with Korean Airlines, but we ended up flying with Virgin Atlantic instead. We also arrived in Incheon at 5:30am rather than 7am as expected, which made the layover feel much longer.

There was also confusion regarding our Heathrow arrival terminal. Our itinerary stated Terminal 3, but we actually landed in Terminal 4, which caused some stress as we had arranged a pickup waiting at Terminal 3. Luckily, they checked and were able to find us at Terminal 4.

Despite these issues, we genuinely enjoyed the holiday overall and really appreciated the effort put into organising the trip. Japan and the Philippines were an excellent combination, and we’d definitely consider booking again in the future.

I would like to thanks to miss stephanie and miss kathleen of Halo Holidays for good accomadating and smooth assistance since beggining and finally i receive my itinerary.thank you guys highly recomended to my family friends and colleques.

The holiday was amazing, hotels were awesome and flights and internal traveling was a breeze. Kira was awesome and put my mind at ease with queries. Prices were amazing as well.
