They will clear your account of money if you forget to use it.

Both myself, my parther and family have used Halsa for many years, having spent many thousands of pounds. Unfortunately it's not made clear that if you pause your membership that they will after a few months clear your account of any monies in the account. This is not good practise and should be made clear with a confirmed contact with the client that this is going to be done.

Wrongly diagnosed

Mrs bought me a voucher, consultation w/x-ray if needed and 1 physio. Saw Dr Courtney who told me nothing wrong with me and just need physio for my knee, which I did with Tasmeen. Subsequently, had a small relapse and through my work healthcare, I'm now due surgery for an ACL & meniscus tears. I would not recommend this organisation, the physio she was good, but I will never return to these chancers

Physiotherapy with Tasneem

I’ve had 12 session of Physiotherapy on 3 different body parts with Tasneem at Halsa in Burnham. I feel so much better, I’m in less pain and my posture has changed. Tasneem is a professional and cares about your well being, emotionally and physically. I look forward to my sessions with her, she is really kind and has educated me, with exercises and movements, on how to maintain the progress I’ve made. She is very calming and supportive and has changed how I view my body and well being.

Stay away!!!

Stay away! Went there for a chiropractic visit on my lower left back. Felt better the first visit and even though 1st consultation is free, I was told to start a treatment plan after paying for an x ray.For my second visit, the moves by the chiropractor were a bit rough… I went off more sore than before but was told it’s normal as bones were realigned to the right position. I went back and just sat with my laptop for next few hours. Pain and worsened in middle of night and I could not even roll in my bed without spasms of sharp pain shooting through my body. When I called the chiropractor in the morning, I was told I need to get myself to A&E for MRI and that it’s probably because I had exerted myself after I left the clinic ! Irresponsible answer ! A&E doc said my sciatic nerve is damaged further with the visit…so beware!
