I use a lot of earbuds from them and unfortunately I have to take it back a lot of times to replace it within warranty time.

Bought a usb to c memory stick. Waist of money. No instructions, can't contact the company. Biggest sh I t and waist of money

Probably the worst speaker stand I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Plastic, unstable and just generally a very poor product.

This company processes claims under the 'lifetime warranty' for Koss Porta Pro headphones in the UK. My experience runs as follows:

25th Feb - Posted headphones to Hama and paid their 'handling fee' via bank transfer
28th Feb - Receipt of headphones confirmed. Advised that they are "currently out of stock" but will be sent within a couple of weeks
22nd Mar - I email to ask about the status of the order. Receive no reply
30 Mar - I email again. Receive a reply stating that the item is still due "within a couple of weeks"
11 Apr - Receive another email stating that it will now be a "couple of months" before my order is processed.

I'm not stupid enough to expect a different outcome in two months' time, so I'm now left needing to go through Trading Standards and/or court to recover my costs.

I advise avoiding dealing with this company unless you have the time and patience to go through the above.

I bought a Hama mount (2A118108) for a flatscreen. A selling point was that Hama actually included some decent rawl plugs (instead of the "usual" crappy low-material ones)...
However that advantage is annihilated by the fact that they manged to find the most useless "screws" I've ever encountered! I had two of them break 5-10mm before they even touced the mounting plate! I've decided four "screws" will do (even though they are probably not what any engineer would define as "steel") - but I really hate the fact, that the plugs/scrap metal is now permanently embedded in the wall! :-(
Bottom line: I don't trust the "German" brand anymore. It is the way of the world to save cost by buying Chinese parts - but in my humble opinion, any decent brand should also have a quality assurance department to make sure the customers don't get crap! Hama fails there - so I'd recommend replacing the screws if you do buy flat screen wall mounts from them...

PS: I've contacted Hama that seems to think I've messed up - and gives the impression that they have no intention of testing their "screws" (I'd personally call them "useless scrap metal" before fasteners! ;-)... So no comfort for other future customers there! :-O

Good and quality products, I bought computer mouse, and it works well. Especially if we compare with cheap mouses, which sometimes can freeze your operational system, Linux, for example.
