1st Rate Service & Dental Care

Dr Martina Rosa has changed my opinion about going to the dentist. A super friendly but efficient and professional service always making you feel comfortable and informed.
I have been a patient requiring attention for over 3 years now and the service is always of the highest quality.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending the Ham Dental Practice

Improper Practices

No words can describe the way I’ve been treated by this company apart from covert racism.

I am a aspiring dental nurse and hoped that this company would have been able to provide me with the credentials in order to pursue this.

I had been interviewed by the Principal Dentist on a Sunday evening via video call, who was pleasant and proceeded to ask me general questions about myself, as you would expect in this process.

I had been successful and offered with a full time position.

Shortly after this I was invited for an induction to meet the team as well as the Principal dentist.

After scanning my personal identification and creating a profile, I was then told to change into PPE which might I add was dirty and not the correct size.

Upon entering the treatment room I was introduced to a trainee dental nurse, who I would be shadowing during my induction.

After explaining the process and procedures for decontaminating tools, she then proceeded to make derogatory comments which were "wholly inappropriate" clearly a sign of her own insecurities.

At no given time during an email exchange with the practice coordinator had I been told that I would need to be dressed for surgery.

After friendly exchanges with the team I proceeded to make the 1 hour and 15 minute commute home, and informed to arrive on Monday morning at 8:45 am.

Once arriving home I received an email from the Practice Coordinator and was informed that after careful consideration, they had decided not to proceed with my employment.

The reason being given that I hadn’t demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to work within a team.

This has been an extremely disappointing and misleading experience for myself with this practice.
