Story of two halves‼️

Nearly excellent
Staff at Cupar branch were friendly and helpful. Warm disposition and got things moving. They managed my expectations very well. Unfortunately they had to refer my repair to the Perth unit and that’s where the contrast showed. The staff were cold, unenthusiastic and just could not be bothered to update me on progress. I had to repeatedly phone for news and no offer to ring me back to keep me posted. Admittedly the engineer was off sick for one day but surely a heads up to me would have been simple courtesy. As it happened, I decided to replace my device with a new one but they had no stock in Perth. So disappointing when I was so impressed with the efforts that Cupar exerted and left me feeling that I was a bit of a nuisance in Perth.

Missunderstanding when my chainsaw was…

Missunderstanding when my chainsaw was recently handed in for repair resulted in shortcomings being highlighted. I spoke with the owner Eric Gardiner who immediately sorted matters to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend this family run business without any problem.

What's gone wrong?

Bought from them previously without issue but recent experience was absolutely terrible. Spent £3k on plant, received no contact whatsoever for 5 weeks. No replies to emails and phone calls to the offices just resulted in staff blaming each other and promises of return calls that never materialised. Not sure what has gone wrong but won't bother again.
