Reef view Resort Hamilton Island

We are staying at the reef view Resort on Hamiton island a great place to unwind and relax. Unfortunately for us we were on the the fifth floor above the lounge bar open till 11.30 at night not a reel problem but they had a conferance been held over three days so even after the lounge closed peaple stayed out the front of the bar till around 12.30am yelling and causing excessive noise. After numerous calls to management to move the peaple on nothing was done to fix the problem hotel security does not seem to operate after the bars close. We are very disapointed with this resort that is advertised as a family resort but seems to put conferance clients first .
