Gary was amazing from start to finish!
Our son passed away and his ex partner wanted to cut us off from his young sons lives completely. Gary had gotten him contact previously and he took up the fight again for us. We now see them every second Saturday and have an overnight once a month. Happy Grandparents, happy grandkids!

My solicitor, Kaitlin Boswell, managed to have my case dismissed, although there was a dearth of real proof(i.e no picture of me driving the car) and the testimony of a second-hand car dealer who threw me under the bus to avoid them getting the traffic violation, she managed to convince the judge that it wasn't worth proceding. Certainly a persuasive solicitor and one I would use again, if I had the need.

Not great ,took an affidavit from a learning disabled 18 year old without parental consent and then ignored when a complaint was made !!

I would personally like to thank Kaitlin for guiding me through the whole process. She was always there to reassure me and put my mind at ease. What was a stressful and traumatic experience was made that bit easier with her guidance. Beyond appreciated. On the basis of Kaitlin, I couldn't recommend Hamilton Ross enough!

Got quickly took on by been referred to Gary Morton, after having tears from a previous solicitor over care of my son. Been court a few times and both came out with good results on access of my son. And a very happy recent court appearance were Gary was there to support me all the way. When dad would not allow our son to go on holiday with mum, but after our court hearing we all had one happy boy and went our 2 week holiday to Greece a can’t thank Gary enough for this as was best holiday with my boy. He supported me and also made feel so at ease even down to getting on the link of court case through Webex that I had a lot of trouble before with this not managed to get to the court with my previous solicitor, and also managed to get this court case going only in a few days before we were about to fly out and got e mail confirmation sent to me for the Monday for our flight leaving thanks so much

I engaged the services of Hamilton Ross following a criminal charge and I’m happy to say I’ve had a very successful outcome in court. I was apprehensive as I had never had any involvement with the police or solicitors previously and I live almost 300 miles away. Gary and his team, Kaitlin in particular, have done a fantastic job and helped me with my many questions and fears. Gary is very easy to talk to and down to earth which I was extremely grateful for due to the complicated family issues. Following the great result with the criminal trial I am using Hamilton Ross again for the civil side of the case and hope to have the correct result. After over 2 years of having a false charge hanging over me I can now move forward with my life. I can’t thank Gary and Kaitlin enough and highly recommended Hamilton Ross.

When having to look for a solicitor in a town I do not reside I was lucky enough to find Hamilton Ross Solicitors and in particular Gary Morton. From the very start he was straight forward in his advise with the odd touch of humour to reduce a potential difficult situation.
Both my father of 84 and myself felt safe and genuinely helped and would fully recommend them to anyone.
