I ordered 2 Christmas stockings from Hamper World in October and cancelled in the same month and was promised a refund.
They sent the stockings regardless and the contents were not only incorrect, but they looked like samples. I have contacted Hamper World on multiple occasions, but they have ignored me.
The reviews on their website and social media appear to be mocked up, as I can see no way for genuine customers to leave feedback. I would suggest avoiding this company.
