Great service and a good company, giving a bit back to the community

Had Steve from Hampshire boilers come and qoute us to have our out of date boiler replaced as was broken and would have been uneconomical to repair! He quoted us and completed the work as promised within a week! And spot on the quote he went the extra mile to make sure we had the latest boiler on the market that would meet our needs as a family for the best price available! Very honest and reliable company would recommend and use again! :)

Iv'e used Steve both this year and last. He is very professional, courteous and trustworthy. I would thoroughly recommend his services. He sends me an email with an attached invoice/receipt. This way I can never lose any paperwork and always have a record to look back on or print off. Very good prices too.

I had a power flush and balance done on our system following complaints of the house feeling cold and radiators never feeling hot.

The owner Steve initially came out to our property and was very honest on his assessment of our heating system and have us a few options.

We agreed a price and date and one of his employees Aaron arrived nice and early and ready to go. He was very chatty and informative on every step he was doing.

We now have a nice warm house with no issues.

We've had two occasions to call on Steve.. the first was when our old boiler suddenly packed up.. very fast in coming out to see what the problem was.. and in the end recommended a new boiler. This was then fitted within a few days (which was brilliant as it was during a very cold spell).
The second was over a weekend (6pm on a Saturday). When suddenly we had a catastrophic failure of a water fitting with water pouring from the ceiling. This wasn't related to the boiler installation - but it was the only number I had to hand!
Steve arrived within 20 minutes, and had fixed the problem 10 minutes after that.
Would highly recommend using Hampshire Boilers their service is top notch!
