OK but not amazing!
Delivery was pretty quick. Value for money pretty good too. The only thing that lets Hancocks down (and the main reason I wont shop with them again) is that there were several items I put in my basket after their website said there were sopme in stock and they were available for delivery but when I went through to my basket to buy the items, several of those items were suddenly 'Out Of Stock'. This was not becasue someone else had got to them first. I went back to their site a few days later and the same items I had originally wanted were in stock and available for delivery... yet again I tried to buy them but again got the 'There is an iossue with some of the items in your basket message'. I went through to the basket and yet again 'Out Of Stock' (specifically some of the Hancocks Exclusive Choc Nibbles flavours!!!)

From order to delivery the process…
From order to delivery the process couldn't have been easier. With such a variety of options there is little need to look elsewhere.
There was a fair amount of bubble wrap, which I think personally was not needed, especially given they are in plastic tubs.
Otherwise, the products are great with fabulous service/ delivery.

The website makes shopping so easy
The website makes shopping so easy. The ease of going into particular ranges and it storing what you have looked at and already added to your basket. The POR function that allows you to see the return and earning potential on each item is a game changer, as well as on your full order. The delivery was also first class, so well wrapped and packaged to keep your items safe and free from damages. Prices and products perfect. Will continue to use this great company and make use of their delivery and first class click & collect.
