I do NOT recommend ordering from this website. Their bags are drop shipped from China (i.e cheaply produced in China (and available on other websites for far under the prices charged by Mille Bags / Handbag Resort) and sold for a huge markup), the quality is extremely poor relative to the high prices and the customer service is unhelpful - they will go out of their way to avoid giving a refund or providing any assistance.

Please also do NOT use any of the promo code/discount codes on the site. They provide these codes 24/7 for 20%, 30% off etc so that, if you request a refund, they can say you purchased it during an online sale and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Overall - Low quality bags at massively inflated prices with unhelpful customer service and no chance of a refund.

If you do buy something - make sure you use a credit card so you have payment protection!

Terrible!!! Now they are called MILLE BAGS. Stay away from them!!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼I bought a belt from them, and it doesn’t stay closed properly so i politely asked for a return/refund as i believed it might be faulty. They choose to send me another belt, instead of allowing me to return it. So now i have 2 useless belts that do not close properly and make an awkward noise while wearing any of them and move.
I wrote again to MILLE BAGS to explain that i do not wish to keep the 2 belts, and to allow me to return them for a return/refund.
They said no, as they believe the belts are perfect, therefore they do not accept them back ALTHOUGH THE LAW CLEARLY STATES THAT WITHIN 14 DAYS I AM ENTITLED TO A RETURN/REFUND, FAULTY OR NOT!
Absolutely terrible!!! I will make aware everyone i know about them!!!

I ordered the Celine vegan bag from them (they're not called Mille Bags) and was impressed with the value for money and speed it arrived. I ordered it on Dec 21st and it arrived on Dec 28th and I absolutely love it.

They took money from our account on the 7th february, but we have only received one bag a month later - we ordered two. I wrote to Chris last wednesday, and no response. The website, do not exist anymore. So if you have ordered something from them, you will probably not get it.

This bag is cute, definitely a ok dupe for a Birkin 25. They claim it’s real leather but it feels very plastic-like, and not worth the over $200 price tag. Shipping took quite a while, and this company is not in the UK, they actually ship everything from China. I considered purchasing other items but after seeing the quality, I will not. I recommend you save your money.

It's been over 1 month, no bag no update nothing. Emailed and got a response saying bag would be shipped in next 72 hours, hasn't been, and now silence no response. This company is a fraud and needs to be removed from business.

The request was delayed for a whole month, and when I contacted them, they didn't respond, and after that they were block me !! My money and my order are gone from this fake Chinese company

Shipped wrong product and denies a return, I didn’t even asked for money back but just an exchange to the correct color. Now they’ve stopped responding.

I ordered a bag and expected to be shipped from London unfortunately I am disappointed to see it’s coming from China! If this will be a cheap material I will update you guys. I had just bought a similar bag from Amazon, if the quality from “handbagresort” is similar or less as that from Amazon I will definitely return!

Shipping was quick but the product is actually shipped from China, not Europe. The bag also smells like something incredibly toxic; I had to air it out for over two weeks. Additionally, the product just looks cheap so I question what sort of “leather” is being used. Most likely not real leather.

IG ads and their social media account made the bag seem more luxurious than it actually is. Waste of money, I’m probably going to donate this.

I waited THREE MONTHS!!! for a bag. I was told the delay was due to lack of material, but then the bag comes from china.
Absolutely not worth the money it costs, it is Chinese material. Absolutely not recommended site, do not buy here!!

I have 2 bags now from Handbag resort and im getting more. The design and quality is amazing!

I ordered several times from this website and had only good experiences! They ship from China, order arrives within 7-10 days. I was a bit nervous when I waited for my first order as I didn’t know the company (Instagram find and we all know how that can turn out…). I worried for nothing, the handbags are excellent quality and very well packed. I will definitely purchase again from their store!

My bag came from china.
I‘ve waited 14 days for my parcel to arrive.
The parcel was damaged and the bag smells bad.
I ordered to germany, so I am NOT able to return the bag!
It is definately not worth the Money, but still looks cute.

The website specifies London based and yet both bags are being shipped from china. I hope they will be okay...

Update: The first bag has arrived and is really lovely. I am awaiting the second but the tracking isn't looking promising.
