The proof of good service is when something goes wrong. I orfdered 4 door handle sets which came quickly. 1 handle was faulty, I emailed with a picture and next day I received a reply, and next day a new handle arrived. That's good service

Adam & Rob were immensely helpful & they went out of there way sending me drawings to pass onto my joiner to make sure the door handle would fit into my new handmade bespoke front door. They helped me source exactly what I needed & advised me on which material to go for & how to care for the product, they even put calls into their manufactures to source exactly what I needed. Wish I had just phoned them 1st rather than spending hours researching to get product on the Internet myself. I ordered a brand new product from their Heritage range Heritage Brass MP2259 Multipoint Lock Handles, 92mm Centres, Right Hand - Polished Chrome, great handle if you want a chunky look on your door. Quality product, I also ordered Heritage Brass V850 Victorian Letter Plate 305x102mm - Polished Chrome which looks great with this handle. The delivery of the handle & letterbox arrived exactly when they said it would. With email communication all the way re delivery. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rob & Adam always there promptly to answer the phone or reply to an email on my 1st attempt, something that is very rare to get as far as customer service goes in the UK now.
I will definitely buy any door or window furniture / accessories from this company again. Thanks guys! 👍

Ordered 3 door handles at the weekend and they were delivered on Tuesday morning, fitted by lunchtime! Excellent quality and good value. Looks as if they care for the environment too in their choice of packaging and green delivery firm. Highly recommend.

What I ordered was incorrect (my mistake). I was able to change the order, which arrived in a timely manner. The whole process was simplified by customer services. Good service and the correct product was received.

A good range of products and easily contactable if you need advice. However, I called for advice and was told to buy the biggest size mortice lock because I could change it if I needed the smaller size. My carpenter has just delivered my new door and the lock is too big but Handles for Homes are refusing to exchange it for the smaller size because I am just outside the 14 day window. This isn't great customer service as the lock is still in perfect condition in its unopened packaging. I am very disappointed.

There was an issue with my order, Connor apologised and sorted it quickly. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how you deal with the mistake that sets you apart from the rest. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service, great friendly company. Reasonable prices and very good quality items. Would definitely use again. Delivery times are within 24hours for Express delivery.

Scoured internet for a specific set of handles. Cheapest by far was Handles 4 Homes. Emailed and got all info and pricing quickly and efficiently from Adam who was excellent to deal with when I phoned to place order and make payment.Delivery very quick. Will certainly use again. I haven't received the products I ordered yet, however wanted to comment on prices and the helpfulness of the team at Handles4Homes.

Having never had to buy door handles before, I was overwhelmed by the number of options/variety of sizes available for doors. A member of staff at the other end of the phone ( I should have asked for his name!) answered promptly and went through in great detail what product I required, providing appropriate recommendations and not attempting to oversell any products.

Should I require door handles, hinges or latches in the future, will definitely be using this site again.

Handles delivered quickly. They used DPD as couriers who kept me regularly updated. Much better than some other couriers.

Unfortunately, 1 handle had a manufacturing fault in the finish. Handles4homes requested an emailed photo, didn't dispute anything and readily arranged for a replacement. Original order arrived Friday morning, replacement handle with me Monday morning.

How a company resolves problems is, for me, a good measure of their quality of service.

Very impressed with the knowledgeable, warm and friendly staff. It was very reassuring to be able to speak to a staff member about my order in advance and I was grateful that they were efficient in getting the items to me within just a couple of days. Real ironmongers with excellent specialist knowledge to aid selection and to advise on product aftercare. A pleasure to deal with.

I was looking to replace and add new door knobs to the entire house. I found a type of door knob we liked. Handles 4 homes offered the most competitive price of online suppliers; especially with a discount when ordering over £300. The order arrived within 4 days of placing it. The courier form they used were very efficient also and let me know a time range when I could expect delivery. Overall very satisfied with the service.

I placed an order on the 17 Nov by the 23rd Nov still no delivery, had to phone Handles4Homes and be told order had not even left warehouse, there excuse "we been having a problem with our Ipswich warehouse" unquote. So I have had to either be at home to await a delivery or make sure someone is here to take delivery, wasting my valuable time, a simple e- mail regarding delivery delays would have been nice. Not Good Enough Handles4 Holmes.

Very pleased with the product (letterbox set for UPVC door). I was able to fit it easily and would definitely recommend handles4homes to my friends and family.
