Brilliant service these offer highly recomend

Very quick and helpful . Very easy to use

As a complete beginner I found it super easy, and very professional. I don't need REMS very often so £30 a pop is a bit high but for the jobs I do in maintenance for local NHS trust it's still worth it.

Good looking RAMS, the price, though, is far too much for me. I could only be an occasional user at best.

Great product, simple to use, comprehensive

Positive: Very easy to set up, edit and use, very professional layout and methods of distribution.

Negative: Sometimes, appeared to retain selections in Risk Assessments that I had unchecked. As this was first use it may have been user error; time will tell.

Fantastic and easy to use, makes everything look professional.

Its quick and easy to set up your statements i was complete within 10 minutes.

Only doing 3 stars as this should include legislation for Northern Ireland. Other than that this service is 5 star. Update the NI legislation and I'd happily give a 5 star review

The documents produced are of high quality and honestly impressive. However, the business model HANDS HQ is very prohibitive by limiting you to a certain number of 'projects' per month, for instance, for £70.00 per month means you can create 3 'projects', which I believe is a little high, I would be happy however to continue my subscription if I had unlimited projects. This is clearly a software restriction and not a resource one, hence the mention of the business model.

Imminently going live process to date has been simple and straightforward

Needed to do a risk assessment and method statement at short notice, handsHQ looked like the easiest site to use, although it was a little more expensive it had everything i needed and saved a lot of time and hassle

Took the hard work out of preparing a method statement.
Quick and easy to use

Never done one of these like this before as previously had to rely on copious form filling and 'oh yes, forgot that bit' or 'oh where do I begin' but this was so quick and easy, We now looking forward to doing the next one! It looked professional and extensive. Well done you guys! ...and thank you!

Excellent app does what it says on the tin and more. very quick support with any teething problems, and positive feedback on how to use.
