Good product, well priced, prompt delivery.

I ordered the item one evening and it was with me inside of 36 hours, so I soon had the boiler up and running again. I couldn't ask for a better service.

Shocking company. I ordered via Amazon next day but instead of delivering the goods they sent a pack of children’s sweets begging me to give a good rating. The urgent spare part turned up 3 days later. I paid double market value.

Arrived next day and fitted straight away all working great

Fitted perfectly. Grateful to find the part because of the age of the boiler. Next day delivery. Boiler only out of action for one evening.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered a part through b&q website turns out this is the company supplying the part they used royal mail to deliver. Royal Mail has delivered to the wrong address and I have asked for a refund as this part was needed urgently for a boiler not working.
Their response is they have to contact Royal Mail and make a claim through them.
WHAT HAS THAT GOT TO DO WITH ME YOUR COURIERS NOT MINE, I HAVE NEVER HAD THE PART IN MY POSSESSION SO WHY AM I WAITING FOR A REFUND.

Part ordered Friday, arrived 9:00am. Saturday, heating back working by 9:30,two very happy pensioners. First class transaction many thanks.

My first order with them placed late Sunday afternoon, ( to fit for a good client) the price and delivery were excellent, it was fitted and my clients boiler all up and running on Tuesday by 1:00 pm, he was very and so was I,
Would I use them for boiler spares again, yes I would

bought 2x2 port valves from this company they were advertised as genuine honeywell wasn’t until a had issues with my heating an engineer told me that they were not genuine they were only compatible parts. I contacted the company and they said they were out of warranty (just) and the advert on eBay had been changed.I am know going through Trading Standards for being Mis-sold these products by being incorrectly advertised

Valves dispatched immediately. Look to be good quality originals, as requested.

Great customer service and rapid delivery however the compatible part was not fitting.. package stated cannot return if opened. Waste of money and time Hence not happy

i love it how your reply is saying "I ordered the wrong part" ! I did not order the WRONG part after a long chat with a team member - You supplied an incompatible part. If i could share pictures on here then you will see the part although looking tha sane will not work as 2 key elements missing from it- Thats even using the GC number. I have reached out to my credit card company as it was mis-sold to me !!
Just checked - GC number i gave was for a BAXI SOLO 3 PF50 - You sent me a fan for a BAXI Solo 2 -- Your mistake ! Not Mine

Super fast delivery and decent price A+++

I bought a Digital timer advertised and sold as "Resideo ST9400C1000" for £85. The timer that I received is "TotalHome TTH2C" which, when searched on the internet is said to be compatible and can replace the ST9400C1000 without changing the back plate. If they had said this is what I would receive I could have looked the price up and found that it is sold for £50. The way they present the product is dishonest.
