We bought a house with Ammad’s help and he was extremely helpful from the get go. I had a lot of anxiety about the process in general and Ammad was always on hand to help me calm my nerves and assure me everything was going to plan. Ammad also gave us great advice on how to allow the process to run as smoothly as possible and I couldn’t reccomend him enough as well as Hannah solicitors. A big thank you to Ammad for all of his help with buying our first home and I would reccomend Hannah solicitors to everyone!!!

Naushad supported me with an employment matter, following a referral from a friend. His manner was so warm and welcoming yet professional. I was recommended Hannah Solicitors by my estate agent, from the start to the end they were amazing, the conveyance was all handled by Genie Allebone who was excellent and would highly recommend

We used HS at the recommendation of StrideUp to complete our home purchase plan as we were under the impression that using a solicitor that is more familiar with their services would speed up the process. They did not.

It took us just under three months to complete. Our process began in late August 2025. During this time, we had to chase for updates repeatedly. Mistakes were made which we were unaware of, and found out through the sellers solicitors. We would have appreciated that these had been disclosed to us upfront. We paid more than what was quoted by other solicitors as we believed it would result in a better service, and in hindsight, we should have asked for a partial refund of the fees. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. We finally completed and moved in at the very end of November, and now, at the close of March 2026, we have still not completed all of the paperwork required despite chasing numerous times.

We do not recommend this service and in future will be choosing different solicitors.

I used Hannahs for the sale of my husbands property after his passing. I used the Rushden branch and mainly dealt with Genie who was always a pleasure to speak to over the phone and answered my emails quickly and gave me all the information I needed. Thank you Genie for all of your help.

I worked with Hannah solicitors to buy my new house. Hassan was the main person coordinating with me during whole process. He was excellent and worked hard to kept things in order. It was a chain and solicitors (Gilson Gray) whom I sold with was horrible. Hassan had to do extra work to push them as well. He was easily approachable, polite, attentive, and organised.
