Preis Leistung unterirdisch

Kundenservice weiß seine Kunden zu verärgern und hat den Namen "KundenSERVICE" nicht verdient!!!
Habe kleine Osterbox als Geschenk verschicken lassen für 33€
Beschenkter öffnete Box und die Eier sowie teilweise Obst waren zermatscht bzw zerbrochen!!
Reklamation bzw info an den Kundenservice erfolgte promt: 1.Antwort: beim Verpacken und Versand war alles ganz und unbeschädigt!
Hansen Obst zieht sich also voll aus der Verantwortung auch hinsichtlich Versanddienstleister( und wir wissen ja ALLE wie DHL mit Paketen umgeht)
Berechnet aber volle Versandkosten
Angebot von Hansen Obst: nächste Bestellung mit 10% Rabatt (Anmerkung entspricht noch nicht mal Einsparung der Versandkosten)

Habe dieses großzügigen Angebot abgelehnt!
Vorschlag daraufhin: Rückerstattung der kaputten Produkte 3gefärbte Eier und ein Apfel 3,90€

Da diese 3 Produkte ca 35% des Inhalts der Box für 33€ entspricht, lehnte ich dieses großzügigen Angebot ebenfalls ab.

Ergo wie geschrieben nicht empfehlenswert bzw nur sehr eingeschränkt in der Hoffnung das Paket kommt unbeschadet an!!!

Absurde Preise

Absurde Preise. Am Hauptbahnhof wollte ich mit eben für die Fahrt noch ein paar Nüsse kaufen. Klar würden die am Stand von Hansenobst nicht ganz günstig werden. Als man dann aber 13,3 Euro für ca 300 gr Cashewkerne verlangte, ist mir die Lust darauf vergangen. Preisschilder gibt es keine, sodass man schön warten kann, bis die Bedienung die Ware wiegt und einem den Preis mitteilt. Besser gleich einen Bogen drum machen.
