Teuere unkulante Zerstörer

Ich habe meinen CLK zur Durchsicht vorbeigebracht. Schon beim Heimfahren habe ich gemerkt dass mit den Scheinwerfern was nicht stimmt. Natürlich habe ich keinen TüV bekommen. Die Scheinwerfer waren komplett zerstört.DIe Reflektionsschicht war weg - vermutlich weggereinigt. Ich habe für die 1000 Euro Reparatur nicht einmal einen kulanten Nachlass bekommen. Die haben so getan als wissen sie von nichts.

Bei meiner E-Klasse habe ich gebeten 'ALLE' Öle zu wechseln. Leider haben sie das Differentialöl nicht einmal überprüft. Das Differential war ein Totalschaden - 3000 Euro Schaden. Leider keinen schriftlichen Nachweiss. Auch kein Nachlass in Sicht.

Der Achsträger war durchrostet. Eine Angelegenheit die von Mercedes übernommen wird. Mercedes hat die Reparatur genehmigt, war ja ein Materialfehler und ich habe weitere Teile erneuern lassen. Kostenvoranschlag ca. 2000. Ich habe eine Rechnung von 3000 bezahlt.
