I'm a slow learner as to Amazon ordering & these days deep check on Trustpilot before ordering novelty things..lits more stuff ships from China.
I ordered 1 pkg of Pet Pure gloves to dry bathe my dog on 2-22-26.
As of today's date 3-28-26...
NO DELIVERY...and email updates are bogus as you cannot get tracking info. & you sign a contract for any refund requiring product be returned😹...to CHINA!!
DO NOT order from Happy Luna.

Horrible fraudulent company does not buy anything from them, cheap made in China stuff they pretend are based in the USA, but ship from China, and it takes forever to arrive, so not the promised 10 days. Also, once it arrives, it is of the worst quality, and they do not want to refund your money. Stay away scam company!!!

I ordered on Jan 8th and it arrived on Jan 24th. I knew it was coming from China. It's called Happy Luna, so where else would it be coming from. A little pricey, but not as expensive as Chewy. The quality? Well not as good as I would expected for the price I paid. Next time I will stick with Amazon or Walmart.

I bought a toy for my pet. Waited 3 weeks to get it. Pet played with it 3 days before it broke. Tried contacting company. Lots of run around.Would not take care of issue. Not a good company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH this company!!!!!

Bought dog coat that was too small. They told me to ship it back for a refund. Ship it back to Hong Kong! Will cost more than the coat did to return. BUYER BEWARE

The dog ball that I ordered was flimsy and of very poor quality. It broke within 10 seconds of giving it to my dog. When I contacted customer support they were absolutely unhelpful. They do not stand by their products at all.

I ordered the cat bed for a present for a friend on Nov 16. The item shipped from Taiwan, which wasn’t disclosed but the website says 7-10 days shipping. The item made it to LAX Nov 27 and cleared customs finally on Nov 30. Since then, there have just been two confusing updates and no delivery as of Dec 11. I live 3 miles from LAX. They offer no help beyond offering me a discount on my next order. lol. I asked them if the owners grandmother was bringing it to me in her wheelchair. Ridiculous

Do not purchase from this website!!! It’s a scam. If I could give negative stars I would. I never received my purchase and their customer service never responded to my multiple email complaints. Horrible

I recently moved back to Denver Colorado it's getting very very cold here I made it important that happy Luna know I need my cat bed as soon as possible it's been 3 weeks since I've ordered it according to them it's been sitting in the US for 3 days no further tracking information and I'm getting really pissed off I need to keep my kitty cat warm. They just told me today that I never placed an order so I called my bank they're going to refund my money in 11 hours so I can go by my bed before the snow storm hits

This COMPANY posts on their web site they ship from the USA, but they DO NOT DISCLOSE that all of their products are made in CHINA , to the USA through "posts of call" and your bank card company will CHARGE YOU A FOREIGN SERVICE CHARGE FOR USING YOUR CARD OUTSIDE OF THE USA, PEOPLE WAKE UP AND LOOK AT YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS FOR THIS CHARGE. I HAVE CALLED MY BANK AND DISPUTED THE ORDER CHARGE PLUS THE FOREIGN SER. CHG. THIS IS FRAUD ID "SAID COMPANY DOES NOT DISCLOSE THAT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN CHINA AND YOU WILL PAY FOR THE SHIP CHARGES.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...HAPPY-LUNA

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. My order arrived super late. It was poorly packaged--looked like a two-year-old had wadded it up and stuck it in a plastic bag. It was a cat bed and it won't lay flat. Also it STINKS so my cat wants nothing to do with it.

This isn't a real company. I ordered a cat box on August 24th and have not received anything. I have sent over 10 emails and either get a robot reply or silence. Please do not send your money here.

First of all, I would recommend not placing an order with this site if you haven’t already. I ordered an item on 8/28/25. It is now basically a month later 9/26/25 and I have yet to receive my item. I regularly check the “shipping” status that they sent me, and it does not seem to move whatsoever. Last week I received an email from them stating that they can see my item hasn’t arrived yet and that they want to “make it right.” So I reached out to them per the emails request asking what’s going on, and all they could tell me was “your shipment is delayed.” No making anything right, no updates on why it’s delayed, where it is, when or if it’ll get here.. just that it’s “delayed,” something I already knew. Long story short, I suspect that this is just another scam website that pops up on your internet adds and Facebook adds to try and get you to order something and then steal your money, leaving you empty handed.

I ordered a small dog toy on 9/4/2025 . I was aware it could take anywhere between 10 and 14 days. They sent me little messages saying it was on the way. So I finally get a message saying it was on 9/23/2025 that it had been delivered on Sept.21st.by USPS. Problem being that was a Sunday and USPS does not deliver on Sundays. So I took the tracking number they gave me and tried to track it. No record of that number. Looking at informed delivery, it was not delivered. So I'm assuming they put in the date of the 21st and was probably going to tell me it had been delivered and someone must have taken it. I have asked for a refund and I get crickets. They were emailing me every other day saying "It's in transit" and now nothing. It isn't so much the money, but they blatantly lied and got caught. I would advise anyone STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I saw this advertised online and looked great. It’s a mitt for getting pet hair off of anything.
I have other “one way” pet hair mitts and thought this two way looked great. Rolled the hair into a nice little hot dog shape!
Well it is a piece of junk! Cheap fabrication and does NOT work
They offered me 20% refund if I kept it or I could pay return post to HongKong. Not Happy!

Don’t buy from this company. I bought the “Kibble Keeper” to store dry pet food. I paid $25 for a little container about 6 inches tall. Can’t even use it for a small package of cat treats since the cover doesn’t even fit the container. A total SCAM !!!!!!

Ordered on Aug.8th and it is now Aug. 26th with nothing delivered

So I ordered a couple products from Happy Luna.
For some reason it came in 2 separate orders . The first item came in 2 weeks.
The second item is still not here and it has been over 3 weeks.
I recieved an email yesterday saying the address is incorrect, and they are sending it back to the company.
Well, they have the same address as the first item that got here.
I sent an email to the company regarding this issue and no response yet.
Just know that the items take a very long time to get to the final destination.
Not sure what will happen with the second part of my order.

I ordered a dual retractable dog leash for my two dogs. One side of the leash is jammed. I contacted this company about it and was told about their refund policy is 30 days. If course, it has been over 30 days! But not 2 years. They could have offered me an even exchange. I can't use the leash for the purpose it was intended for now, it is defective and not functioning properly.

I ordered some dog shoes on June 6 and waited weeks. The package never arrived. This is definitely a scam site. The images used to promote their merchandise is AI and the various replies that are on the Shop app are bots.
